Does Belize qualify through the Caribbean then, or are they just not taking part?
If they aren't... why?

I don't think they have the money to take part. During the last WCQ's, they sold their "home" game to Canada.

Belize qualifies through UNCAF. The Football Association is crap, the president is a crook and nobody has been able to remove him. It is truly pathetic.
If I could do something at this point in time, I would.
As far as Belize being a Guatemalan department goes, don't believe a thing. The chapines are stuck on that and we couldn't care less.
The only reason we don't claim Guatemala as our 7th district is because it would be to expensive to teach all those heathens English.

It would be easier to teach Spanish to around 150,000 people, considering that 50% of Belize already speaks Spanish.

He turned 23 in January, Im not sure what the FIFA rules are about this, I think we can still use him for qualifying, but if we qualify, he would be 24 in 2008.

I know English very Well:rolleyes: . By the way, i don't think you relize he was just kidding. most can argue that guate does claim most if not all of belize from old document , but in these instances where they have there own system and infrastructure, by now it would be more of a hassle to change maps, school, and adding 6 other mini departments to learn a new National anthem is a difficult. i heard most belizeans know 3 languages and that more then half the pop. knows spanish
