No sexual innuendos for the title please. Figure I am catching up with Clan as the miserable old bastard around here, so I am starting my Friday moan column (well at least for today)

and I am bloody sick and tired of all this "Foreigners ruining the Youth of England" crap that has sprung up lately. For those of you how are new to this phenomena it has a direct correlation to the shyte performances of the England squad. Just like back in the early 90s with the beginning infulx of foriegn players and the diabolic performances under the then worst Manager in England History, Graham Taylor (now replaced by McSven).

But wait a minute look what happened a few years later when we had the likes of Owen, Gerrard, Lampard, Terry, J. Cole, Rooney, A. Cole, Ferdinand, etc. What was the thinking then? Well the foriegners taught our youngsters so much and the youngsters have so many role models, blah, blah, blah, blah

So who really is to blame (great tune by Howard Jones for you New Wave fans BTW)?

Lets just start with the most incompentent bunch of douchebags known to man... the FA. Aptly named because they do Feck All. Rarely do I ponder onto soccernet, because they are very biased and anti Chelsea but have a read of this

not bad (for a change)

How to fix the problem.

1. BUILD A FECKING STADIUM FOR YOUR NATIONAL TEAM, YOU NO GOOD PILE OF TOSSERS!
2. Hire a qualified coach that possesses both tactical acumen and man management skills. I dont give a feck if he is English or a 3 Eyed Martian from Planet Zog, if he is the right man give him the fecking job.
3. Learn something from the Americans. Thats right I said it. Have a development center for the best of your youngers players ala IMG in Bradenton, FL where the USNT U19, U17, U15 train. It would be hard with the older lads as the clubs have their claws deep into them, but set a precedent and mandate that players can not be snapped up into the food processers that are the Academies (or YTS for us old gits) and forgotten about. Build a fecking center for development you thick twats.
4. Not many teams have won the World Cup, the greatest honour in all of team sports. So when you have a team capable of winning (like England did in the build up to Germany 06)- give it your all. Sack a stupid Swedish kunt and hire someone who can get it done. Send the lads somewhere warm a month earlier and the let them train in the hot conditions if they want so they will be used to it. Stop setting up stupid friendlies and ease some of the congestion on the clubs so the players dont get injured at the end of the season.
5. Fecking quit and put us in charge you useless twats.

somewhat related, but Fergie blasts (http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=448707&CPID=8&clid=1&lid=2&title=Fergie+blasts+'failing'+academies&channel=football_home&) the current progress of the Academies in England.

Well in this day in age, it has sadly become the norm to look for excuses as to why things are not working instead of rolling up your sleeves and actually trying to solve your problems.

I'm just hanging around here whilst you lot are beating City in the cup, but I have to agree with you on almost all of this... I would only question that Taylor was previous WEME - Don Revie was worse than Tayloe as England Manager - I would expect Chelsea fans to agree with that, at least...

... i remember the time when any half decent English player would go to Italy.... there is still no doubt that the England sqaud has some very very good players, ok bad luck with injuries to Owen and Rooney, but they are playing badly, who to blame? CLEARLY Sven and Steve... anyway, I'll just go and check whether you've stuck another passed us yet.....
