i think if the federations from countries such as; Costa Rica, Haiti, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Guatemala, Cuba, and Honduras are able to get their BEST players from their leagues and overseas (which ), then i don't think a North American country will be holding up the trophy this summer.
It's about time

It's great that Guadeloupe will make its first appearance, but I would rather have Jamaica.

Jamaica miscalculated when to bring there top players, but I am sure they won't make that same mistake again. It would have been nice to have the four strongest CFU teams there. But Cuba, Haiti , Guad and T&T will do agood job.

I agree, Guadeloupe is not even a country. It will be interesting to see them play though.

Either US or Mexico will once again win this joke of a tournament. I hope Bob Bradley trots out the B team for this crap and sends the best the Copa America.

Hope? Nice. Like it or not, best team to Gold Cup. Players trying to prove themselves-Copa America.

I think it's seeded. Mexico, US, and Costa Rica are top seeds and thus go into different groups.

They'll either play three or zero. I suspect they'll be the seeded team in Miami, with USA in LA/NE and Mex in Dal/NJ. The latter two might be switched, but I see no reason not to have Costa Rica in Miami.

My guess: Haiti in Miami (good probability)
--------- Cuba in Hou/NJ (by elimination - not in Miami, not with US)
Find out for sure on March 6!

Forgive me for asking what may be an obvious question to everyone but me... ;)
How come the US has almost always hosted the Gold Cup?
