Please rate us, your forum Mods (GPK, Clan and nicephoras) and how we moderated this forum, Chelsea, in 2006. These polls have been created at the request of the BigSoccer Admins in an effort to improve our community and clarify our newly revised community guidelines for the coming year. Please be honest, civil, and fair in your responses. After one week, we will attempt to respond and address your praise and criticism. A little background about us...
I, GPK, am a moderator of this forum and a supermod.
I, Clan, have been moderator of this forum since the days when men used sundials and a member of BigSoccer since the Flood (or something like that).
I, nicephoras, have been moderator of this forum since 2005 and a member of BigSoccer since July 2001 (Christ, has it been that long??!?).
Please use the thread as an opportunity to provide feedback. Please note all comments are public intentionally. Your vote, however, will not be public. Your comments can address both the way the board is moderated and the way individual Mods moderate.
Mods may not respond for 7 days. This should allow everyone time to cool off and answer maturely.
SuperMods and Admins will review all results and discuss problems (and praise).
Mods will be urged to bring up points of praise and concern on the Mods board for further discussion as well.
I may be biased, but I think you all do an amazing job, in a forum that gets such intense waves of traffic depending on who we play and who we're linked with.

I think you guys do a great job. GPK could post a little more but I know how that goes with work and all.

Great job guys. I feel that you are quite fair in dealing with the "other contingent" that enjoys winding people up, posting inflammatory emails and generally wasting everyones time while keeping up an informative and enjoyable board.
Job well done.

GPK is a super super moderator - his game and TV info is relentlessly useful and we all totally appreciate that :)

You guys do a fine job. No complaints.
Anybody who gives an D or an F without explaining what they don't like is just idiotic.
The point of these polls is to make the moderation better so giving an F and not saying why is useless and stupid.

well, let's see.
Clan - A, b/c I really enjoy his take on each game, plus given his age, i'd hate to see him get a nervous breakdown if i don't give him an A.:D
GPK - A, w/out him, I might forget what the logos of each team look like.;)
Nice - A +, b/c he can speak 2 languages I speak. Also, I'm a big fan of sarcasm, which apparently was his minor in college.:)

As I'm sort of a newbie here I'm only beggining to know the mods at their full splendor. But from what I have seen they are doing a tip-top job. Except for Nicephoras though, he thinks he is too cool with his russian signature.:D

Although the trolls and sockpuppets get old fast I really enjoy our forums and our moderators. I really like how they have made news threads and how they handled the "crisis" posts from other teams people. I voted A.
The gameday threads from GPK are the best of the best with so much info keep it up.

as are others,but this is a Chelsea mod vote thread and so far after 38 votes,no-one has said C.
so at least we know our boys are'nt average.....Mmm...thats good right???

i think based on seniorty on BS, Monkee, SRD should get the vote. However, something tells me that not many other team supporters will be happy to see Monkee moderating. :D
Bridge "Iron Fist" Monkee is the technical name for Monkee if he becomes a mod.
