Rate The Mods Performance

Hello, all.

As part of my job as the Mod here, I have to allow for you guys to rate my performance (as a mod).

The way it goes is pretty straight-forward:
a-if you think I am doing doing a great job.
b-if you think I am doing an OK job.
c-if you think I am not doing a good job.
d-if you think I am doing a very poor job.

Note: the survey/poll is based on 2006, so in other words, if you have a complaint about this year (2007) you would have to wait till next year's poll. Please be honest, civilized and fair when posting. Keep in mind that I, as a BS user, also have my opinions about soccer, so if you're gonna complain about my opinions, I think that would pretty much defeat the purpose of this. Also, I think as mods we're not allowed to reply back to this thread for a week.

About me: as a mod, I try to make sure everyone here enjoys his or herself. I think we have a very friendly, open-minded crowd in this forum and we haven't really experienced any major problems. So I have nothing to complain about, personally. I also mod the Africa and Chile forums.

So please take your time to rate my performance.

Como parte de mi trabajo de mod aqui, tengo que proporcionarles la oportunidad de evaluar mi trabajo como tal.

Es bastante simple:
a-si creen que he hecho un muy buen trabajo.
b-si creen que he hecho un trabajo "normal".
c-si podriamos mejorar substancialmente.
d-dejo MUCHO que desear como moderador.


Nota: esta evaluacion es en base al trabajo hecho el 2006 (en otras palabras: si tienen alguna queja del 2007, no vendria al caso en este thread). Asegurense de ser justos y razonables con cualquier queja. Y tengan en mente que yo como cualquier hincha del futbol, tengo mis opiniones, o sea una queja sobre mis opiniones no viene al caso. Si no me equivoco, como moderadorno puedo responder a ningun queja/comentario por una semana en esta evaluacion.

Sobre mi:
he tratado de mantenerme bien atento a lo que suceda con el foro, porque nos permite una gran oportunidad para compartir informacion y al mismo tiempo todos nos mantenemos informados. Creo que en realidad, tenemos un grupo bien simpatico, amigable y abierto, asi que personalmente, no he visto ningun problema. Tambien modero el foro de Africa y el de Chile.

Good job...since this forum is brand new, not much work/trouble expected though. I wanna see how you guys do when the tournament actually starts and traffic picks up. But right now, it's an A.

Something very important to have in mind, sub-forums request: Draw is tomorrow. We will know the schedule, what team will be in each group, what venues will be used. We need sub-forums for each group (Group A, Group B, Group C). The latin american population keeps growing here in BS and the Copa America is gonna be a popular forum when the draw takes place tomorrow and the 4 months we have left for the actual tournament. We need sub-forums.

With that, more responsability and most probable the need to recruit one more MOD to help out.

I expect you guys to request it. I won't vote until you do it. :p

not really. I just threw it out there thinking for the benefit of the existing MODS, traffic would spike and the creation of sub-forums. I'm not really interested. :o Peru MOD, we need, so we're looking at that.

That is how it was done in 04 and we had at least 5 mods.

grp with braxil/mex: mod by sid and omback or metro
grp with argent/colombia: mod by sid and efer or metro
grp with vene/Peru: mod by chaski and darknight?

Bueno, se cierra el poll.
Parece que nuestro trabajo ha sido bien valorado, lo que respalda el hecho de que aqui hay un grupo bien agradable (con una que otra excepcion).

No falto el chistoso que voto por "D", y no fue lo suficientemente hombrecitopara respaldar su decision pero bueno....a seguir con la Copa America y que gane el mejor!

Y bueno, como nadie sugirio nada, se puede asumir que hemos hecho un buen trabajo de la manera que lo hemos hecho hasta el momento.
