Here's a link to the league site;

www.misl.net

On that you will find information about the different teams and contact info. I would suggest contacting individual teams. There are currently 8 teams in the league. Also the Utah team that your friend playd for folded.

Although it may look easy, it's an entirely different game. Remember, there's boards around the pitch and you have to know how to play the ball when it comes off the wall. I would definately spend some time playing indoor to get some experience before trying out for a team. There's lots of indoor arenas in major cities. Go to http://www.usindoor.com/ for locations.

Anyone know how much misl players get paid?

Under the current financial system instilled by our fear(clue)less commissioner...about five bucks an hour...and 89 cents per diem.

That's why MISL players love Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

I like Macaroni and Cheese. I'll play. :)

Seriously, each MISL team has a salary cap of $325,000 for all players.

Which is five bucks an hour and 89 cents per diem more than they'd be making if Paxos had continued to run the league into the ground.

You want the players to be millionaires? Fine. Now, tell me where all that money's going to come from.

U said u want to play indoor soccer ( futsal) in america.
I play futsal all my life, i mean since my first kick..
I play as a goalkeeper since 7 years old, i am now 21. I play it at least once a week, because here I can find many places to play wherever I go... you can ask how... so I say I live in Brazil, and this country also belongs to america, so if u come here u can play in many places, just ask your neighbor where u can find an indoor soccer place, he will probably know. : )
