As noted above, within each forum the dedicated forum Moderators must start and sticky a poll about themselves.
1) The poll question: Please rate us, your forum Mods (spejic & nsa) and how we moderated this forum, Player, in 2006.
2) The poll will be accompanied by this post: Please rate us, your forum Mods (spejic & nsa) and how we moderated this forum, Player, in 2006. These polls have been created at the request of the BigSoccer Admins in an effort to improve our community and clarify our newly revised community guidelines for the coming year. Please be honest, civil, and fair in your responses. After one week, we will attempt to respond and address your praise and criticism.
A little background about us...
I, spejic, have been a mod of this forum since the moment it was created, and have been a member of BigSoccer since Febuary 1999. I also moderate Equipment & Gear and the San Jose expansion forum, which is what's left of the former San Jose Earthquakes forum. I play rec soccer every week, and on rare occasion I actually help my team.
I, nsa, have been a mod of this forum since Sept. '05, and have been a member of BigSoccer since Feb. '99. I also moderate Equipment & Gear, Women's International, Women's Fans and More, and Womens Professional Soccer. <Player, referee, and fan.>
3) Poll answers: A, B, C, F
4) Please use the thread as an opportunity to provide feedback. Please note all comments are public intentionally. Your vote, however, will not be public. Your comments can address both the way the board is moderated and the way individual Mods moderate.
5) Mods may not respond for 7 days. This should allow everyone time to cool off and answer maturely.
6) SuperMods and Admins will review all results and discuss problems (and praise).
7) Mods will be urged to bring up points of praise and concern on the Mods board for further discussion as well.
