O jogador, de 20 anos, foi revelado pelo Flamengo (http://globoesporte.com/flamengo) e estava no Olympique, da França. Ele falou sobre a expectaviva de jogar pelo Tricolor Paranaense.
- Espero conquistar o meu espaço aqui no Paraná e dar muitas alegrias à torcida. O Paraná é um time grande e muito respeitado no país inteiro - diz.
Perguntado se conhecia algum jogador do clube, o jogador mencionou os atletas que foram revelados com ele no clube carioca e fazem parte do grupo do Paraná.
- Conheço Egídio (lateral-esquerdo) e Vinícius Pacheco (atacante), que subiram comigo no Flamengo - comenta.

Paraná's management believes in "bom e barato" (good and cheap) players but the problem is when they sign players that aren't good, they really get stuck in a bad situation.

I am sorry to rain on your ppl's parade. Maybe all of you should stop and look at the standings for last years Brasileirao. What was it again? Parana was what 5th or sm like that and Flamengo was not to far from the second division if you ask me. Oh yeah who won the State championship last year with their so called "cheap players"? Oh look at that Parana so pretty much Flamengo is taking all the good players from Parana. Last year Parana had a lot of talent idk about this year yet, but almost all of their players got sold even the coach was offered a contract by Palmeiras.

Flamengo was in 11th place last year, but they basically took the last quarter of the year off since they won the Copa do Brasil. They couldn't win the title and there was basically nothing else to play for.

well parana is playing alot better now they are 5-2 with 1 tie since that dreadful perfomrmance against....Atletico-GO....we need a big win against Fortaleza this satuday....changing managers seemed to have done the trick for now.......does anyone know where online i can buy parana jerseys...im esp looking for their new 3rd jersey..its very nice

well Sérgio Soares left to go back to santo andre...big blow as i believe this will be their 4th coach this season....they looked good against america...now hopefuly they can pull the upset over vasco on friday night.
