the black with red band river jersey from 02-03 is incredible...if the addidas stripes were red ....oh man....... I think the new river jerseys are great...i think the alternate for river should always feature the black background with red stripe...i am going to contact addidas about my view.....to bad the sponsors ruin the whole look....absolutly majestic..you know thats one reason why river chose me to be thier hincha those shirts man.....I remember growing up in the US and seeing this shirt as a little boy and the only news of argentine soccer was el grafico magazine and it was before the love of river began for me and i remember seeing those beautiful shirts in that magazine ....and from there i heard call that they would the ones i would follow for the rest of my life...... I got to go i am getting all misty eyed

I really dig the Argentina flag on the right side (I don't think you can see it well here) on certain shirts it was in the center, I like those the best. More teams should be the Argentinian flag or escudo in their uniforms.
