I'm not understanding.....you have 6Subs....its a friendly...Why play him full 90...
Dommech or whatever his name is Only used 3subs.. and used his 3rd sub in like 88min for Cisse
He should've sub'd Ribbery off at half he was trying to do too much
Overall Henry had a O.K. Game...No Shots on Goal...But his Runs at the Defense were good...and play acouple of slick thru ball...He played Ribbery thru But Ribbery couldnt control it in stride so it was just nothing lol
France was downed 0-1 too Argentina....Argentina..1Shot..1Goal...Kinda reminds you of people playing arsenal

Gotta love how Anelka moves back to England and is instantly a part of the national team picture. The French camp these days is basically Thierry Henry and his friends, ie. Trezeguet, Anelka, Govou, Ribery, Vieira

You have 11 players, and 6 subs. That means at least 5 players will have to play the full 90. What makes Henry so special that he has to have a rest but other players don't?
He must be well rested after all that time out through injury, and raring to play as much as possible.

Well im obviously upset that he played the full ninety but at least he didnt get injured. How did the rest of our players fare?

i hope Henry retires after Euro 2008, he can't possibly play after that for France, can he? Well, I'm glad he has until Sunday to recover. I hope that Henry starts against Wigan, and we are up at half-time, so he can be subbed off for Ali. We have an important strech of games coming up, FA CuP, FA Cup (because we WILL beat Bolton), CL, Carling Cup final. Due to the injury problems, we need Henry for every game, except CC. Which brings me back to the theme of this thread, i wish Henry didn't play 90 today :(

What gives Henry the right to come off over those other players? I think a lot of you are just biased.
Henry is the mainstay of the French team now that there is no Zidane and he has to be seen doing somthing. The friendlies are pointless to an extent but Henry has no more right to come off then those other players, infact due to the nature of the beast he probably has less of a right.

How can we not be biased? Who wants the best player ever to play for this club to (God forbid) get injured at the most crucial point of the season, playing a friendly!

Well, first of all, its a friendly, therefore a chance to try out new players and tactics, and see how they work and what they have to offer. Is Domench unfamiliar with what Henry is capable of, or how he is best utilized?
To me, friendlies are the Carling Cup of international football. And when was the last time Henry played in the Carling Cup?

Well the whole point of the firendly is to get the team together and used to playing with each other again before they have an important qualification game coming up.

You take 5Strikers into the game...Henry,Trezeguet,Saha,Anelka, an Cisse...
Now yes it might seems alittle biase to say he shouldnt played the whole 90....but 3strikers on the bench...6subs at your disposal....and you only use 3subs?
Dommench know whats hes doing...he doesnt everytime Henry is called up he plays him the whole 90
Suppose Henry. Gets hurt in the 93rd minute going for a loose ball we would've been awhole nother atmosphere here..And We all know we have 2proven Strikers on our First team....
