Hey all,
I am trying to compile any information/media for a form youth/reserve team member of yours: Yinka Casal. He has been linked in the "Washington Post" newspaper to DC United.
Feel free to post in this thread in the DC United Forum here on "BigSoccer":

Hi everyone, Fulham FC fan from London here!
Was just on my lunch break when I saw a post about Yinka Casal on the Official Fulham Website, which has led me to here. I am a little busy so cannot add some information for now. Will do so when I get back from work in a few hours time (currently 2.30pm here).
What I can say is that I am disappointed  that Fulham let go of such an exciting academy prospect. As a proper fan, I not only watch the 1st Team Games, but have watched 80% of the Reserve Games so can tell you all I know as he was a regular.
Have seen enough to know that he will be an extreme talent and he is only 19yrs old.:D
If you have some questions, please respond and I will reply once I get back from work. Will respond in this thread and the other one which I have seen on the Fulham area.

SWEET! Just the kind of signing I wish MLS would do more of. I'm happy about this, hope he works out for us.

Hey all, better late than ever! Apologise for posting so late but just watching the England vs Spain game on TV. They are currently loosing 1 nil to them
From what I have read and seen on the official DC United site. You guys are soon to aqquire the services of Yinka Casal. Have managed to scrap a few details so here it goes:
Name - Yinka Casal
Position - Left Winger/Midfielder
Date of Birth - October 1987
Age - 19 years
Height 6ft 1inch
Birthplace - London
A speedy left winger who can take on players and beat them. Has the ability to read a game and is a good passer of the ball in short and long distances. Also possess a good spring so can leap in the air.
Both parents are Nigerian. Has been at the Fulham academy since August 2003. Played two seasons for the U18 in which consistent performances saw him drafted into the Reserve squad for the 1st Team. Once drafted into the Reserves, he went on a crazy scoring streak in both the league and FA Youth cup. This lead up to a call from Nigeria in which he has represented the U20's on a few occasions.
A talented prospect for Fulham FC so really I am surprised that you have managed to get him. Being young, he is obviously is not the finished articule yet. With some experience he will materialise into a good player in the near time future.
From the comments I have read, no he is not 31yrs and is youthful enough to warrant his age! Two players where touted to be the future of Fulham FC in their last year magazine and he was one of them.
With time, I am sure he will do you guys a decent service
