Pearce the asshole has left Walcott out of the starting 11. He's already mucking up where Taylor has got them (by starting Walcott).
He's gone with Ashley Young. Atleast he should recognize that Walcott is at Arsenal the more explosive player. That should be an indication right there. Wenger just doesn't get many players wrong. Though he's had his inconsistencies on the wing for Arsenal, he'd be brilliant upfront ala Owen. But Wenger wants him to learn the wing position for future development.
The England Squad
1 Scott Carson
2 Justin Hoyte
3 Andrew Taylor
4 Tom Huddlestone
5 Steven Taylor
6 Curtis Davies
7 David Bentley
8 James Milner
9 David Nugent
10 Nigel Reo-Coker (c)
11 Ashley Young
Subs
12 Gary Cahill
13 Ben Alnwick
14 Liam Rosenior
15 Kieran Richardson
16 Theo Walcott
17 Wayne Routledge
18 Leroy Lita
22 Joe Hart

Pearce's England are imploding just like Man City.
Not half time yet and it's 2-0 to Spain.

How'd Spain score?

Poor first half. The only good player for England was Bentley and maybe ReoCoker.
Spain's number 10 has killed us.
Young and Nugent are nowhere to be seen.

How'd Spain score?
First goal was fairly fortituous after Davies attempted clearance was deflected and fell perfectly at the forwards feet presenting Soldado with an easy chance which he finished confidently after rounding Carson.
For the second Spain broke away quickly and England were exposed defensively- cool finish from Jurado
Pearce OUT!
Hate that hyperactive idiot.

Carson has been pretty horific. The 1st goal was as much his fault as it was Davis'. What a bent clearance. And he's meant to be left footed too right?
Aii.
I hope Ben Foster has better luck tomorrow. We seriously have some calamity goalkeepers. C'mon Foster...save the humiliation.

And to think some muppets wanted him to manage the senior side
Walcott on for Young....

Scott Carson is a joke, he's got more howlers in him than a pack of coyotes at a big coyote get together.

2-2 Leroy Lita.
Obviously the Spaniards also have no idea what formation we are playing and we've capitalised on the confusion.

To be fair we've been so much better in the second half
Even though Spain changed most of their team :o

It is a friendly.

This is the Ashley Young who has scored 5 more club goals than the massive 0 Walcott has scored this season?
Wenger just doesn't get many players wrong. .
Not too good judging English players though..................
Though he's had his inconsistencies on the wing for Arsenal, he'd be brilliant upfront ala Owen. But Wenger wants him to learn the wing position for future development.
So his club manager wants him on the wing and yet you think he should be starting up front?
This is why England are in trouble. Too many players out of position.
