Nice, i just checked two days ago, and they hadn't gone on sale. I'm going to apply for 2 and so should everyone else that can afford to. With 4 English teams still in it, there's a great chance that one of them will be in the finals.

This is important enough to be a thread of it's own I think.

I agree with Tim and John. If people do apply then really we have a good chance of getting tickets for all for the Final if Arsenal get there. I am sure that if another club got there, using Bigsoccer we could pass any un-needed over to that clubs fans........

Good call Rick, this definitely deserves its own thread. I filled out my application for 2 tickets. I'm wondering if i should fill out another one. I didn't see anything about filling out only one application.

Do they charge right away and then refund if you don't get the tickets? 40 Euro service fee...I thought ticketmaster was bad!

I don't think they charge unless you get selected to recieve tickets.

Having done this and won them previously, I can tell you that you can only apply once. There may be a confirmation number John that you could go back and tell them you need more, but I wouldn't apply again or else they'll probably cancel your original application.

Yeah, i figured that. I'm just going to stick with the one application and cross my fingers. I emailed the link to a couple of people too. I just noticed that the 40 euro fee is per ticket! Ouch. But its still alot cheaper than going to a tout. I figure that if I win and Arsenal doesn't make it, i can pass my tickets on to someone on BigSoccer for what i paid and get some good karma.

we were ahead in the round of 16, quarter finals, and semi finals. there were plenty of opportunities to get jinxed, but we still made it ;)

I'd love to go to Greece. If I won the ballot. I'm going to see Greece and selling my two tickets (until we're playing of course)......like that one guy should have done last year.

You can give the tickets to real supporters and have a free plus spending cash trip to the wonders of Athens.

Buy from a tout......bad. Being the tout........uh....morally ambiguous.

Speaking of Matt, I haven't seen him around much lately.
