Well, Ronaldo won us the first critical goal, and it was critical -- but he won it cheating, so that sort of cancels him out for MOTM, imo. He also played very well on the wing.
Vidic scored a critical goal and played amazingly well at the back.
Carrick retained his solid form.
Even though he made some too-hard tackles, I think Scholes was a force in midfield, and of course he also scored.
Any of these are contenders, but I'll go with Vidic, because he scored the crucial 2nd goal and contributed strongly to our clean sheet.

This match is so hard to choose a MOM, but I choose Ronaldo. He was the catalyst for us(AGAIN). He broke down the walls and won us a penalty at a key moment in the game, then he scored the PERFECT penalty, I mean INCH perfect....Then he helps drive us on in the second half with an assist, he has my vote.

Going with Vidic. Scored the 2nd goal at a perfect time to jump off the second half, and had a solid defensive performance.
edit: and who are the 2 who voted for O'Schmeichel?

I'd go with Ronaldo but that dive kind of gives it away. It's not like he was the only outstanding player so I'll go with Vidic who was inspirational at the back, clearly our better CB of the day, and was inspirational with the first goal of the second half to get us going for rest of the game.
It's fair to say he's become an invaluable player for us.
Also, can we limit the voting to just United fans? Outside votes and ghost votes take away any kind of credibility these threads have.

For me it was between Vidic and VDS. Ronaldo is DQ'd for me as well because of the dive.
Vidic scored the goal that got us on our way in the 2nd half, and he nearly had another right before when his neat first time shot was tipped over by Robinson. VDS made some really nice saves when a goal for Tottenham might have made things interesting, especially his save on Berbatov in the first half.
But really, who in their right mind would vote against Vidic. :D

Not his fault he wasn't even booked..in terms of offensive play it was a great display from him.

Ronaldo. His play was outstanding for the most part. Very tough to call. Liked what I saw from Saha in his few minutes.

Actually, I thought Ronaldo had a poor first 40 or so minutes. He couldn't beat anyone, lost most of the challenges, and passing/shooting was not good. Came around in the second half though.
I thought Vidic was MOTM for most of the game, but how can you not vote for Johnny. :D

Voted Vidic. Got us our second goal. Played some great defense as usual.
However, Johnny O'Shea, gotta love a field player in goal. Stopped Keane 1v1.:D
