They are second so I suppose it could be worse.

Napoli are on a good run to be going up this season, so he will be alright in Serie A.

Actually, his wanting to leave, only bothered me because we were so hard up at the time.
He was a young Italian kid who wanted to play in Italy, nothing wrong with that.Being able to accomplish that goal, with one of the biggest clubs in your homeland, would have to be the dream of every young football player.
Yes, Chelsea gave him his chance, brought him up and were more than interested in continuing with him.
I do wonder what went so terribly wrong with him though?
When he was with us, his potential ceiling was set quite high.he was a big lad, strong in both the tackle and positing ability, cracker of a shot and decent passer of the ball.Of course, it was because of al lthis that he was looked upon with interest from his homeland.
Upon leaving Chelsea though, I never bothered to look at his career again.
Where did it all go wrong for him?

I totally forgot about him. He was a solid first team player at Chelsea. Can't believe, he got a Champions League Medal in 2003 with AC Milan. I always wonder what would happen if he stayed with Chelsea . He probably should have stayed put.
