I hope after lasts night game you have finally realized that Sambueza isn't for River.

What an idiot. I swear till this day I don't know how he is still on this team,River having a dozen of players of much better quality ends up with this ********.

This isn't the second time he does some stupid shit in a clasico,last time it was in the Libertadores when boca beat us in penalties.Thing is now after seeing his "production" and I know that he iwon't be a realiable player in the tournament(it has happen in the past),I think i'd rather have ZAPATA play that side since we don't have anybody else,yes ZAPATA! ! Atleast el Chapa runs like a horse and gets carded very little which means it is more helpful for our team.

I don't know bro,Sambueza isn't the solution for our left side.

On to the clasico in Mendoza,since in the other thread it is mainly a cyberchat between los bosteros on how they were gonna "llenar la canasta" and shit this and ******** that....

Even if we would have been defeated in penalties I would have been happy with the way we played with 9 players.

Started the game strong and after the 20th minute los bosteros took over.Tuzzio is a much better player when he is playing in the center of the field like he did when Rivas got the boot,left side he is horrible.What happen with that kid from Central Villagra? Doesn't he play on the left?

Love that kid Domingo,plays with alot of heart and I see him in the starting line-up over Ahumada which is a good player but this kid has the edge over him.

Gerlo is great, honestly I never saw this coming.When he first started in River I would freaking go bananas pissed at how horrible he plays.Not that he is any good with the ball on his feet but the way he sets himself on the field,has a strong personality and wins alot in the air,eventhough he did loose to Palermo in boca's goal which I may add,was a golazo.Also loved what he told boca's keeper after he kicked and made his penalty shot,"Anda buscarla adentro." LMFAO ! ! ! :)

Bellsuchi didn't play all that well but eh whocares,he is that teams brain and had been doing a good job and even if he missed the pk I can't say shit about the guy but good things.

The team is there and like what they have showed.Now lets see what happens when it is time to do it for the Copa Libertadors and the local tournament.

One of the saddest defeats I've seen in a while, not so much for losing in penalties, that's pretty much random, but the fact that they weren't even able to seal the deal with a 2 man advantage for 20 minutes. I never said he was an amazing player, but he is better than Zapata.. El Chapa is the worst piece of shit I've ever seen.. Plus, Sambu has had great games (his debut in the Torneo de Verano was amazing, the two games vs. Corinthians in the Sudamericana 2005 -man of the match in both-, the one vs. Junior in the Libertadores -we were losing, he came in and scored an amazing free kick-, the game vs. Boca two weeks ago, etc.) He has fantastic shots, is fast, has his ocassional jukes, and gives nice centers.. I wouldn't say he is the best player ever, but definitely better than Zapata.. To say that Victor is better than anyone is just ridiculous.

I wouldn't say that Zapata is a better individual player than Sambueza but the measure of either player is how they help the team play better. When Sambueza is on he helps the team tremendously but he is too erratic and not a very smart player. Zapata seems to have the Chapa for the big games (sorry I couldn't help myself) he's more experience and regular. I would rather have Chapa start in the Libertadores final than Sambueza. Oyola is apparently is leaving to Belgrano so that leaves us with less options unless Galvan can play in the left. To completly keep Zapata out of the team would be like shooting yourself in the foot. Apparently, the reason why he is not resigning is over some money that the team owes him. I don't know the ins and outs of River finances if they can pay him they should do so since they are going to have to do so whether he plays or not.

Well, the problem was the Zapata is owed $500,000, and River wanted to give him $100,000 now and the rest in a few payments.. Zapata wanted it all now.. That was the reason for disagreement, and "el Chapa" said that he won't sign anymore, even if they were to give him all his money right now..

River had reached an agreement to transfer him to San Lorenzo for $1,000,000, but Zapata, extremely pissed off, rejected the offer.
