Is there any interest in a watch party February 7th to see the US vs. Mexico? Maybe in Center City?

Use this thread for discussion and preliminary RSVPs.

Warm milk instead of brew. Who's driving the Ferrari? Maybe we should book a hotel room instead of a tavern! We could always TiVo it for you, if it is past your bedtime.

For those of us on the other side of the Delaware, anyone up for meeting at the Elephant and Castle Pub in Cherry Hill? I say this with the knowledge that 'Lost' begins its "new" season at 10, which is also tempting...

Just put Gilligan's Island on when you get home, it's damn near the same show. ;)

Tonight the role of the Far Eastern couple will be played by the Howells and the role of the others will be played by "natives".

Wish I could be there... For every USMNT game, I drag my friends who don't care about soccer out to the bars with me and make them watch the game with me. It'd be nice to be with people that weren't watching just because I threatened them...

I'm ABSOLUTELY there. I'm curious- are any of you members of Sam's Army or am I the only one?

Technically, I'm a member of Sam's Army. But, I've never attended a USMNT match, so not really.

But it's a moot point.... I'm not going to be able to go to this. I'll just be the guy in a hole-in-the-wall bar in Maryland getting weird looks for screaming at the television.

Them: "Who's playing?"
Me: "USA v. Mexico."
Them: "Soccer?"
Me: "Yeah, soccer."
Them: "You're strange."
Me: "Eat it."

There will be a group of us at the Dark Horse watching the game. Some of us were at the World Cup USA games, so I guess we're hard core. Hopefully some of you guys will meet up with us. Looking forward to meeting you.
