Chelsea v Blackpool or Norwich
Watford v Ipswich
Preston v Man City
Plymouth v Derby County
Man Utd v Reading
Arsenal or Bolton v Blackburn
Bristol City or Middlesbrough v West Bromwich Albion
Fulham v Tottenham
Not a bad draw for us again, quite surprised acutally, expected maybe Yanited not for sale!!! or Bolton/Le Goons.
Also looking at the schedule around that time (FA cup is before Porto away and the league cup final) the draw was ideal being at home.
Lovely. :)

Where is Clan when an FA story is needed  :D
Been afraid of reading the English media to find a photo showing he flew back to discuss old times with Forrest Fans;)
Good draw, the Cups have been treating us pretty well so far this year

Not a Chelsea supporter, but not flaming either. The football gods have certainly smiled upon Chelsea this season, at least as far as the FA and League cups are concerned:
FA 1: n/a
FA 2: n/a
FA 3: Macclesfield Town
FA 4: Nottingham Forest
FA 5: Blackpool/Norwich (Quarterfinals)
FA 6: tbd (Semis)
FA 7: tbd (Finals)
Carling 1: n/a
Carling 2: n/a
Carling 3: Blackburn
Carling 4: Aston Villa
Carling 5: Newcastle (Quarterfinals)
Carling 6: Wycombe (Semis)
Carling 7: Arsenal/Spurs (Final)
The premiership title MAY be a lost cause at this point, but there are several other cups to be won that would certainly salvage the season for Chelsea. Best of luck to you all (that is, unless you meet Spurs in the League Cup final)! :D

Um...I think you need to look a tthe league cup run again to get to the semi-final....could you point out the luck in it, I seem unable to find it!
As for the rest..well, after (literally) decades of having nothing but shit luck, year after poxy year, of bad draws in both cups, I'm simply loving it.

Couldnt agree more with Clan. I cant count how many times we drew either Utd or Arsenal in the early rounds of the Cup. Of course when we did pull an easy draw (ie Scarborough or Wigan) we found a way to feck it up.

Besides Wycombe that is far from an easy Carling Cup set. The good luck in the FA Cup is much welcomed though:D
Point taken (from clan also), but I guess avoiding top five teams was part of my point. Liverpool having to face Arsenal in both Cups kinda sucked. But good luck in both Cups.
Lobomojo, no point in calling anyone names - I did say MAY. Should Chelsea surpass Manure, I'll be (one of the) first here congratulating you, but even the most diehard Chelsea supporter would admit it's a bit of an uphill battle for the premiership. If Liverpool can beat Man U at Anfield, things will be different, and then we can celebrate simultaneously. :)

As much as I dispise both of the teams you support, I will certinaly be hoping they get a good result against Manure in the coming months.

That's the beauty of sports, isn't it? When you end up cheering for teams you hate when the result will help your own team. One of the things I love about the premiership is when supporters put their rivalries behind them to support England in the World Cup (and the Euros).
Do me one favor? Open up a can o' whoop-ass on Everton on the final day of the season?
Cheers!
