I don't think these morons understand that if you crash your car at anything faster than 70 on a public road, you're pretty much toast. I'm not saying driving fast on a race track is a lot safer, but you definitely have the safety equipment such as roll cages, helmets, guard-rails, tire barriers, etc. that these losers don't have on the street.
