As everyone knows, there are a lot of reports on Mourinho leaving. There are also reports about Abramovich being bored with Chelsea .

These reports are probably nonsense but what do you think will happen if they really do leave?

Opinions please.

I don't respond to reports that are complete B.S. What's the point of speculating about speculation? Just sounds like a waste of time to me.

If Abrama did leave and so did Mourinho, hopefully the idiots who keep making these repetitive threads will go away.

What kind of funny joke is this, lol
The outcome will only be that we will lose the best finances and/or the best manager in the world

If Abramovich leaves, there goes the ability to buy players at will. But beyond that, is it any big deal? I mean, he is the owner of the club, right? Which should mean that any club debts are essentially his (in that if he sells, debts come right out of the sale price). A lot of people say that Chelsea will pull a Leeds if he pulls out, but this seems wrong unless something very silly has gone on between Roman and the people who sold him the club. Not to say this isn't possible (... ?)

Anyway, not to belittle Mourinho (who is absolutely one of the best), but if he leaves and Abramovich is still interested in owning the club, then rest assured that the replacement manager will be first-rate.

EDIT: This whole "Roman bored" thing seems very unlikely though. You don't get as rich as he is by spending this much money on a hobby. Chelsea is absolutely an investment for him (there are pluses and minuses to this, sure), which means that he is committed to keeping it as a successful club for years to come, even if it means there are some weird bumps in the road at this point.

There's a £500 million trust fund set up for the future of Chelsea FC. Of course, the details are not known but if something were to happen to Roman then that money would be there.
