I'm with you on that Stomps.
Report is that he's fallen out with Curbs - a real pity if he goes.

Stupid if Green goes. He is quite possibly the next England keeper. I also think he is a better option than Carroll. Apart from which, who do we have in reserve? Walker has been found wanting at EPL level and we would have to go out and buy another keeper. Mind you I would try and get Cudicini.

Maybe Bywater is available!:D

Curbs must realise Green is better than Carroll. In fact in my book there is no comparison between the two.

I hope AC isn't judging Green based on the Reading performance.

He didn't have the best game to be fair but neither did anyone. I remember the headed goal, either 2nd or 3rd, where Green just jumped in the air and didn't really make an attempt to save it.

But these were exceptional circumstances. AC can't just get rid of players because he's had a bit of a fally out with them.

Carroll did look impressive in the Newcastle game, but he still makes me nervous.

Also talk that Teddy wants to find a new club, as he has no chance of playing with us. With whom would be the question, as he's unlikely to want to move away from London. Charlton? Palace?

haven't seen much since the Reading game, is his confidence shot. Curbs isn't stupid enough to loose a young talented goaly, is he?
