How do I find the channel that will be showing Bremen?

i have no idea...i´m just watching Leverkusen game on Eurosport...the game is right now on T.V!!!!
but no idea about Werder...I also would like to watch the game...so if you find it out, let me know

on this site, the bremen link leads to sopcast loading and then saying "channel is offline"
can anyone help?
