Baring any ******** ups, I'd say Bremen are pretty much through.

I don't see Ajax overturning 3 goals on this Bremen side, I say this as an admirer of the Amsterdam club.

Your lot did pay off the crew, I'm now sure of it!

Congrats, you obviously were the better side. A deserved win.

I'm really pissed about some decisions though. I already stated the first, it changed the whole game around to begin with, but then the 2nd goal.... I mean common, the ball totally has to cross the line, and Anita was standing on the line.

But you would have won anyway. Could have, should have been more than 3-0 in the end.

Here's hoping to witness a wonder in Amsterdam.

great game by Werder, you should've won it atleast 5 or even 6:0.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'm not that overly upset about it. Match was yours regardless.

Great performance by Werder. Could've been 5-0 or 6-0 though. Naldo's goal was obviously a 'phantom goal'. The defender was pretty much standing on the line. No way the ball could've crossed the line with its full diameter.

Great game for Werder...here is to hoping you take the UEFA Cup title (Leverkusen won't). It is a shame to see you are no longer in the CL. (And please, as a BVB fan, take the Bundesliga title as well - not Schalke).

Ah, that was a good performance from the team, respect.

They played very aggresive and the Ajax players could
help themselves in 1st half only with fouls,
but the goal was missed.

After the break the 1-0 was very important, because
Werder was the only team, that had chances so far.
After the goal Werder continued making pressure
and had lots of chances.
At the 2-0 i am not sure, if the ball was really in.
Then Werder had more space and could create more chances,
sadly only one of them was used. Frings 3-0.

At the Amsterdam Arena i espect a more aggresive Ajax team,
but if Werder show the same spirit like today, they can also
get a good result there.

frings was the fricken man today!

passed to mertesacker for the 1st goal...took the corner kick that lead to Naldo's header goal, then frings scored the 3rd

Other than Klose, he's our most important player by far, and one of the most underrated players around. He was the biggest reason Germany couldnt get past Italy and probably why we were so lame against Schalke a couple weeks ago.
He's really stepped his game up since last season.

underrated for sure - he didn't even make the bloody world cup tournament squad.

he's on a mission to win it in three years....
