I'm not even sure if its 'okay' to take the piss out of that "Bleu" guy...
Hasn't he just been going round posting crap on random boards? I'm sure he put a message on here during the Wigan game that TD deleted. Could be some other 'tard though.

I actually think he's for real. I just went back through some of his old posts for laughs and he states that he's going to turn 15 soon. And the way he types/talks wouldn't surprise me coming from a 13/14 year old. Not that all people that age are ignorant/idiots, but... I'm sure you see what I mean. His posting is very erratic though.
Btw, I also found a gem from back in September where he said he was now a Man City fan because they signed "Robino".
Heh, I'm just not entirely convinced he's some guy taking the piss.

I kinda want to make a "bleu is da color" facebook group.
I'm pretty impressed with 1) his ability to consistently misspell basic words, and 2) his utter lack of loyalty to any club. Well done, sir!
If he's a fake...he's got talent.
If he's real...he's the carnival side show of BigSoccer.
"Wet Brom"....HA!

Everyone will probably hate me for bringing the topic back up. I am currently am a Newcastle fan but my confidence in waning towards the club and Im having a hard time choosing a team to support. Here are some things that i would like out of my future club.
1. I can watch them on tv (FSC, Setanta, or online for free) every weekend.
2. My team cannot be one of the big 4.
I know it sounds stupid but I want to be able to go up to the local pub and watch my team every weekend if I can. It's been pretty hard for me since NUFC went down cause I have been a fan since 2005 but now I pretty much just want a team thats in the PL, thats not the big 4 and is on tv alot. Ill always support NUFC but I would like a team in the PL.
For !@#$s sake!

The good thing about relegation is that it weeds out many idiot fans who don't really care about Newcastle.

Like the ones that were BS members but never stopped by the Newcastle forum. Who does that?

I think a lot of people are lurkers. Voyeurs, if you will. Afraid to post because they might say something "stupid." That's never stopped me! :D
Or they're just Toon fans on the outside who don't really care about the club.

I'm not sure about this because they'll likely be back in 2032 when we earn promotion.

That's assuming Huss doesn't sell up to BIMBO or CoMex or whatever it was. Fo' shizzle. :D

What confused me the most was the Altidore/Kliestian switch when we were only up 2-0.
When you need another goal, why take off your striker and bring in a defensive midfielder? I know he then switched Dempsey up top, and it worked.
However, I do feel that it was still an illogical sub to make. Either Adu or Torres would have complimented an offensive mindset much more.
Hahahah! Only a Mackem. "I know it worked but it would have made sense to make this move instead."

This is pretty much the opposite of the intent of this thread. And I think a lot of you guys are watching the thread it comes from. But I had to post it here because it is freaking awesome:
u have more teams than me and arent even from the same continant as arsenal so dont talk crap to me mate
Just an FYI to help you understand the response better. thebigman supports both Birmingham and Arsenal.
Okay, let's play this game...mate.
I am a season ticket holder to the Des Moines Menace. Mind you, that's an amateur soccer team, but it's my true 'local' club seeing as how they play 10 minutes from where I live. Thanks to their proximity, as well as having met other fans as nutty as I am about soccer, they are what you would call my #1 team, despite the 3 month long season and lack of payment for the players.
I am also a season ticket holder to the Kansas City Wizards. They're in the MLS, and they are my 'local' professional club even though they play 3 hours away from where I live. Yea, you live in a town of a team that plays at the top level of soccer in maybe the entire world yet I'm the one that actually spends money to "support" my club and make the home matches. Keep in mind that these two teams can only play each other in the most freakish of circumstances(which actually happened two years in a row) through what is essentially our version of the FA Cup. So in that sense it is much more forgivable than supporting two teams from the same league.
I am an Arsenal fan that watches every game, whether it be on FSC or on my laptop, regardless of how f*cking early I have to get up for the game. And quite frankly, it sounds like you make it to the Emirates as much as I do despite being on the same continent, so I'm not sure where you think that you have a leg to stand on in this argument.
I did nothing more than point out how pathetically unoriginal your comeback was. I've heard it so many times from so many sources that I'm shocked morons, like yourself, feel like it doesn't set your argument back by still saying it. It was nothing more than a last gasp at trying not to look like you have been absolutely embarrassed at every turn in this discussion.
I just want you to know that I feel the need to beat this into your brain due to how poor you're making your "fellow" Arsenal fans look with your stupidity in these sad arguments of yours. Please stop.
...and it's continent, you baffling idiot. Spell something right. Anything at all. Just once. I don't care how fulfilling you're life may be, you should still have a basic understanding of your own damn language.
Back to the topic at hand: I would suggest never looking at a message board for answers to who your club should be. Even if the advice is somehow unbiased, every circumstance is different. It is nice to see how people came to choose their clubs, however.

Hello all,
I choose this as the venue to say hello only because it is most appropriate. It has been a while since my last post, I have been traveling in Europe and, no offense of course, my priorities have not included message boards. Be that as it may, I have often thought of you lot, especially since every internet session is about half dedicated to reading newcastle united updates. Nufcblog has proved to be essential, despite the fact that I dont always agree with the views or the reports. I wish TF were more up to date but so it goes. Biffa and Niall do a fantastic job as well, but they arent always up on the day to day little things. Anywhoo, I am currently in Split, Croatia having just gotten back from Hvar. Have been in Paris, Brugge, Berlin, Prague, Budapest and a small town in Hungary. Tomorrow am off to Llubljana and then Venice followed by Rome. It has been a tremendous experience and when all is said and done I will have to post a few pictures of my travels.
Its quite amazing what is progressing with our club. Every day leads to more and more frustration and we are finally at the breaking point. A deal must be concluded within the next few days if we are to have any chance at promotion. And I say a deal must be concluded, not the decision that we cant sell so we will stay on and appoint JK. It is certainly a good thing the DM were wrong once more, that I can agree with Ed on. The players have had enough, as have us, and they are absolutely right to go public with their emotions. We risk losing all our players that are worth anything to the good of the club, as well as risk keeping on all our players who are detrimental to our cause. We are starting to look at promotion in the rear view mirror, and we are only a few kilometers away from the warning signs of relegation.
The biggest encouragement we all have is the fact that we have a lot of promising youngsters that should get their opportunity next year. We are lucky that we have a decent back up here, since if we didnt have a few of these guy we would be in even more dire circumstances.
Anyways, its 318 here and my train tomorrow is at 1050, so I will go on and get some sleep. I arrive back to the United States on August 2nd in time for the big kickoff. I will do my best to stop by here and say hello once more, but if not, see you then. Dont forget about my lovely presence. I still have to post the picture of Russ and I in Newcastle, sorry buddy, its going to happen :D
Rock on,
Colin

Oh dear.... It wasn't the best photo from what I remember. Leave the topless ones out.
Good to hear from you Colin, sounds like you've been busy.
