Bryan, Andrew and I are looking to plan a trip to a Philadelphia Kixx game.

Here are their upcoming home fixtures:

Sat 1/27 v. Chicago 7:05
Sat 2/3 v. Baltimore 7:05
Sat 2/24 v. Milwaukee 7:05
Sun 3/04 v. California 4:05
Sat 3/17 V. Chicago 7:05
Sat 3/24 v. Baltimore 7:05
Sat 3/31 v. Detroit 7:05

I want to allow enough time to get a huge group of people together, and I also want to make sure we have the correct propaganda (shirts, scarfs, banners, flyers, etc.). The purpose of this thread is to gauge interest and take some suggestions of logistics. Any input is appreciated.

We should also come up with some songs and chants... including some Philadelphia chants, some Kixx chants that could easily be converted to MLS chants, a Tony Donatelli chant, etc.

I'm down for three. What do you guys think is a realistic number of people for this outing?

based on the response we've gotten today? and the new SoBs? 30-50?

That would be abolutely AMAZING. 6,000 people will be there and we will be very visible and audible. Should be an incredible debut.

Hey, look at that? This is my 1,000th post.

Brilliant.

Count me in for at least one, by the way.

I can get you guys nice discounted tickets and probably a PA shout-out from the KiXX during the game.
David or Bryan, please email me and I'll send you the contact info.

$15 per ticket for the group and we would put you behind the goal which would be
away from the families.

Here is what I would need:
I will need a list of anything you are going to bring in; all objects must
be approved by the Philadelphia KiXX as well as the building. Any object
not on the list will not be allowed in the building.

Other than that we would love the group to come out and show their support.

Can you say Big Ass Drum and city flags galore

Ask them about confetti launchers, streamers, and yellow / blue smoke bombs.

I linked this page over at the MISL/Indoor message board. This sounds like fun.

You might to ask the Kixx Front Office to turn the music so that everyone can hear you.

The Baltimore Blast Fan Club usually send a group on a bus. I'll be looking for youse guys. ;)

My vote is 3/24...a little local derby always makes for a good time, especially when it's as close as Balmer. Bring it, hun.

This isn't really the Philly market but the Crystal Palace Baltimore schedule shows them playing in Aberdeen, MD. Nothing formally announced as to a location, though... Ripkin stadium maybe? http://crystalpalaceusa.com/Schedule.htm

Road trip for the SoBs? If they are playing in Aberdeen I'm going to try to get to a match, I haven't been to a pro soccer game since the Fury as a kid.
