I know a lot people want 3 points here but with the way they are playing right now I’ll be more then happy with a draw, either way it should be a very tasty match !

For the life of me I can't understand why they don't... It works fine in the rest of the world.. should work in the UK as well

FYP...they have seven-men benches in the Scottish premier league...the Scottish league ffs. I can't understand why the English FA doesn't implement this in the Premiership as well.

There is an idea I think that the FA does not want to favour the big clubs even further. And to be fair, it's the clubs with the biggest squads that will benefit the most from allowing more substitutes.

Not really no.. we have just about everyone available atm. Brown was out for the Villa game and I don't know his status.

They have picked up some form recently with henry just coming back, but gilberto is likely to be suspended and they look lightweight without him.
Arsenal we're lucky to beat us at old trafford when they played 4-5-1 but they dominated us in midfield, wouldn't suprise me if they tried to do the same again. However scholes and carrick have improved since then and with larrson up front and ronaldo in form we should convert more chances. The only thing that bothers me is that we haven't kept a clean sheet in a few games but i still thimk we will win.

Didn't look too liteweight against Blackburn without him ;)

Hmmm, most neutrals agree we deservedly beat you...

Scholes looks extremely good at the moment, better than Lampard (Teso :) ) and if we don't keep track of him, you have a very good chance.

I feel confident about this match. Plus, its on TV here in the US.
Despite how Arsenal played without Gilberto against Blackburn, I do believe his absence would be a big advantage for us. That being said, these types of matches are typically close and can turn on one piece of brilliance.

That Arsenal Manchester United game was a classic. That has to be one of the best goal celebrations after Ronaldo scored. "The quiet finger"...I wish he still did that, would be so symbolic, epically at away games.

i prefer Park over Giggs... because we dont know if Giggs is on form or not.. he hasnt played that much recently.. if hes not on form hes not that good..

If Giggs is fit then he will start. The only real question in the lineup, if everyone is fit, is who partners Rooney up front.

Has Gilberto appealed his red yet?
Also, Giggsy needs to start this match. I think we play better with him than with Park. Park will be a great asset to bring in late in the game. I'm expecting big things from Ronaldo and this will be the game that Rooney gets his goal.

I really think that Park is more effective as a starter. For some reason, he doesn't really seem to get into the game when he comes on late.
That being said, I don't think there is any way that you don't start Giggs in this match. I'd like to see us play wide and try to impose our will.

We all know football matches are played on the day and not before hand, but if anyone "has a very good chance" its you lot. I don't know if it's intentional but it sounds condecending like you know... u are perhaps 15pts in the table ahead of us.
United are the team to beat on the 21st. I'm not saying we're clear favourites but we've been very good this season and you lot are missing your player of the season (thus far) for this contest. When you consider than in recent years Henry hasn't had much luck against United then you've got to consider us to be somewhat favourites and if there's a side who needs a player to have a top game to "have a very good chance" its Arsenal. We've played several games this season where we've not been at our best and crushed opponents. Ronaldo could have one of those days or Rooney could break out of his scoring slump or Saha could bag a brace or Vidic could score off a corner. I know its at your house but you've not got an awe inspiring record there... 6 wins, 5 draws and a loss.
