Game on!
Burnley's been on a long stretch of doing very little in terms of results. Saints can and should get all 3 points at St. Mary's.
Burnley does have Djemba-Djemba starting. Use to be that he's so good, he has 2 last names. But it's been quite the fall from ManU down to Burnley for him (via Villa). Akinbiyi is back with Burley. And the old Chelsea bad boy Jon Harley is too.
Saints Starters
Kelvin Davis
Chris Baird - Darren Powell - Claus Lundekvam - Garethberto Bale
Licka - Jermaine Wright - Pele - McGoldrick
Jones - Rasiak

Well it sounds like I really haven't missed much which is nice to hear. Although Saints have to pick their game up if they want to get the three points that we definitely need in order to stay well intrenched in the top six.

Rasiak goes down in the box but the ref waives it on. Thankfully no card given for a dive.
Still 0-0 after 65' minute.

That was a near cock-up by Davies. He let's the back pass go under his foot with Akinbiyi bearing down on goal.
Still 0-0 after 73' minute.

Saints were getting in shots but not really good chances in the first half.
Wasn't Jon Harley one of the other then young players mixed up with John Terry and another while at Chelsea doing some really dodgey stuff?

You know I am not really sure on that one. His name is vaguely familiar so you could be right on that one.

Well that is that. Burnley 0 Saints 0.
A rather boring match and one where Saints really could have and should have picked up all three points. We still remain in 5th place but we have now lost even more ground on Derby and PNE since they both won today. We now sit seven points off of the top spot while the Brums have a game in hand.
