According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the game between USA and Ecuador apparently will not be played at RFK Stadium in D.C. as first reported, but in Tampa, FL @ Raymond James Stadium, Home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and former home of the, now defunct, Tampa Bay Mutiny. The game will be played on Sunday, March, 25th, three days before their game against GUATEMALA @ Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, TX on Wed., March 28th. Here's the Link:

Are you kidding me? We've got sun, beaches, babes, Spring Break, Ybor City, strip clubs, hotels out the wazoo. I'm sure we can get a few hardy souls to brave the trip down.
Speaking of Spring Break, you all might want to book rooms and flights ASAP!
I've started a complementary thread in the US Fans and Travel section (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/showthread.php?t=462410). Need help with anything, please ask.

Pick up a copy of today's Business Journal and read the Publisher's Notebook. It is a follow up from this column he wrote back in May http://tampabay.bizjournals.com/tampabay/stories/2006/05/22/story9.html?jst=s_cn_hl

I can never remember whether complementary or complimentary means, in essence, 'free,' but thanks for offering.
I guess, for starters, I'll need round-trip airfare, ground transportation, to and from the airport and to and from the stadium, a place to stay - nothing fancy, I can crash on your couch, I guess - I'm happy to pay for my own food - you're vegan, too, right? - and ... heck, I'll just PM all you Tampa guys.
Can't wait! :D

Tickets! I forgot to ask for a ticket. Doesn't have to be perfect, but not an obstructed-view seat, please. Ok, here's what I'd really like, if you can swing it. Can you get me a seat in Sunil Gulati's box? I've got some ideas to share wwith him on a whole range of issues. He can keep an eye on the game while I give him an earful.
This is going to be great!

You might want to start with a dictionary:
Main Entry: com·ple·men·ta·ry
Pronunciation: "käm-pl&-'men-t(&-)rE
Function: adjective
1 : relating to or constituting one of a pair of contrasting colors that produce a neutral color when combined in suitable proportions
2 : serving to fill out or complete
I was of course referencing the second definition. I will offer you a complimentary beer at the tailgate, though.

Thanks - I'll probably have to take a rain check, though. Enjoy!
TimB4Last never asks a second favor once he's refused the first, understood?

Horseshi$. That place should not be rewarded for abandoning MLS.
Pardon my ignorance, I never lived in Tampa during the Mutiny's existence. But the figure I show for attendance in 2001, the last year of their existence, is 14,479 per game. NY Red Bulls attendance last year was 14,570.
Also note that during the Rowdies existence they either led the league in attendance, or were second to the Cosmos in attendance. Without all of the expensive stars. And with a population that is roughly 1/5 to 1/10 of the NYC metro area.
How exactly did they abandon MLS?

Quite the opposite! MLS abandoned Tampa Bay when they couldn't find a new owner for the Mutiny.
