Thanks.

Where is the England/Germany game at the new Wembley? Isn't that later this year?

Does anyone know why there are two friendlies against Switzerland in such a short period of time? We haven't lost a World War recently, have we?

Obviously the 2008 games in Austria and Switzerland are ment to prepare for the 2008 Euro in the same countries.

As far as I know we play against England in August. Don't remember the sharp date.
We must smash'em! For 1-5 in 2001!!! Now we are really stronger!

Breaking News---

Friendly (Farewell Game for Oliver Kahn)

German National Team vs. FC Bayern München

Tuesday September 2nd 2008, 20.45 local time

----

Exciting, it's Löw vs. Klinsmann...hopefully Lehmann will have retired from the national team though, so please no Lehmann vs. Kahn in goal.

I agree with you. The last Bayern - Germany game was a rather terrible afair for poor Jens:

I can't wait for that game.

If Jens has a good tournament in the summer he might just decide to stay on so the Kahn/Lehmann rivalrly might not be finished afterall. :D

Let's see how great the German NT will be without its Bayern contingent!

Can we make sure that Poldi and Piggy are playing for the NT?

Only if you give us Kroos, too. Remember, he's a Werder fan anyway. (Loving it!)

But who knows, Piggy might not play for either team by then, treading instead the path of Odonkor in a lowly Spanish team.

They can have Piggy but we'll hold on to Poldi :D

Pretty bloody well. There's only 2 Bayern players who are guaranteed starters.

2 of Kuranyi/Gomez/Helmes/Kiessling/Hanke will be up front, with Pander/Castro/Westermann replacing Lahm.

Kroos will probably be a starter by then for Germany, while an u19 player at Bayern, so he will play for Germany.

NT will beat bayern all the way back to Milan ;)
