bacause of becks... because of ronaldo and rooney... because they are great... because they are old and prestigious...

Except that Becks has been gone since 03. Why support a team for a player they used to have, unless you liked them in 03. Why start supporting ManU in 2007 if you were not a fan before because they had a player you liked back then.

Of the two I'd say Newcastle.

I pull for Wednesday as well... and never upset when PNE wins.

Why does one have to support only one club? WHAT???Is the heart not big enough to take in more than one? No!Especially since they play in separate leagues?

.

Bloody polygamist!

If you like to see your club have a new manager every month or so support Newcastle United.

If you seek a club that loses but never gives up seek Watford

If you or any of your relatives like the French National team support Arsenal

If you are a fan of the USA national team support Fulham..thats a order!

and if you want a better brand of biscuit join our club:)

They're new to the league, yes, but D&R have an interesting past - it's funny, because they seem like a fairly recent side, but the only reason they seem new is because they kept changing their name over the years! A brief history...

1881 Ilford FC formed
1886 Leytonstone FC formed
1900 Walthamstow Avenue FC formed
1949 Dagenham FC formed
1979 Ilford and Leytonstone merge to become Leytonstone-Ilford
1988 Leytonstone-Ilford absorbes Walthamstow Avenue, changes its name to Redbridge Forest
1992 Redbridge Forest merges with Dagenham and change their name to Dagenham & Redbridge

I love it when little teams like this get some success :)

Ah the Daggers. Doncha just luv em

I think i have it cut down to Spurs and Newcastle...... Im just having a hard time deciding...

To me they are both great teams...

here's how i see it:

Spurs: Has a pretty good tradition, but are not bandwagoners..... They have some of my favorite players (Berbatov, Keane, Bent..). They also play fun and exciting football....

Newcastle: Also has a pretty good tradition, and also are not bandwagoners.... They also have a couple of my favorite players (Owen, and one of my personal favorites Obefemi Martins)... And also play fun /exciting football...

Im still trying to find more info and history of these two clubs

Newcastle has a fantastic stadiuma nd i heard they are expanding it from what I think is 54,000 to 61,000.
Steven taylor is also a great defender player there, who is young.
I would say about the destination of the teams, spurs is in London which is the capital, so there will be a lot of other thing to do in London,(no offence to Newcastle!)

Watch as much of the EPL as possible, and see which teams style/passion takes your eye.

Yeah I agree. Just enjoy what you see because you just got into it and sooner or later you'll end up leaning for a team.

actually, i think that was a very constructive post. fabricating 'support' from wholecloth, based upon nothing whatsoever*, really isn't support, is it?

*'nothing whatsoever' being roughly the equivilent of basing it on message board feedback.
