Red Devils all the way! I'm telling you, you can't go wrong with Crisitiano and Rooney!

thats true, but rooney needs to quit getting so worked up about every little thing. he's a good player but he's going to get a reputation as a hot-head...

I'm kind of in the same situation. I did like Barca for awhile but there never on FSC. So I really would like to support a EPL team but I don't want to be considered a band wagoner.

Tottenham is the team for you. On FSC a lot and aren't considered a 'bandwagon' club. :) Great club too, top 5 club.

well, chelsea is the first team i ever watched and i knew several of their players before i ever watched epl, but i dont want to be hated for picking them. and liverpool is still an option...
The same situation here. I knew a lot of them from the 2006 world cup so I felt comfortable watching them. But they just got too boring for me. So now I'm considering Liverpool because a lot of my friends have been pushing for me to support them for awhile.
BTW, I read all 18 pages of the topic , and a lot of the answers were to just watch a season. But I already did that. I watched about 3 games every weekend and couldn't decide. I do know A LOT about the EPL now though.

Don't mind Tottenham but they're definitely becoming a bandwagon club. Seems to be everyone's choice who don't want to become a fan of the 'big 4.'

I have to agree. It seems all the glory hunters that are trying to avoid being obvious are going to the spurs. NOW IM NOT ATTACKING SPURS FANS!! but they are going to get the same rep as the big 4...
maybe then we will have a big 5? lol
but maybe not, only time will tell eh?

False!
I have yet to see these supporters who choose spurs over the previous top 4. We deserve the rep because in truth we play much bettre football than all of the clubs in the prem.

I've heard it mentioned before that if all us Americans want to support our "local" team we should just pick Swansea City ;)
I'm sure Tottenham will have an outstanding season if they can figure out how to use all those strikers. Whoever mentioned the midfield bit seems a bit off base. Lennon and Jenas aren't any good, thats news to me.
Whatever, I'm personally considering Tottenham but without being able to see many games I'll be sticking with MLS for a while. On a side note are there any League offers where games can be watched online for a fee? I know streaming tv is a possibility but a lot of those feeds are awful and I'm curious if the Premier League offers anything to foreign fans besides FSC and the soccer channels.

I'm pretty sure some clubs have a system where you can pay to watch their games through their site... not positive about this though

No doubt spurs can play awsome football, but with such popularity comes glory hunters. i did not mean you any offence.

Okay I was thinking and this is what I want in a club:
1.A good vacation spot, preferabley London
2.I want a good team that plays a fast game, but doesn't get many bandwagoners
3.Nice fans and players.
4. A team that has many rivals, I love hating another team.
Tottenham seems like a good fit but I just want to see what everyone thinks would be the best club for me. But it doesn't have to have all of these things.
Thanks

Okay I was thinking and this is what I want in a club:
1.A good vacation spot, preferabley London: Nowhere on the mainland is more than four hours train ride from London, apart possibly from Aberdeen.
2.I want a good team that plays a fast game, but doesn't get many bandwagoners: Erm.....any team apart from the big six or seven
3.Nice fans and players. Definately not Chelsea then.
4. A team that has many rivals, I love hating another team. Leeds, Man Utd, Blackburn, Bolton, etc etc
Tottenham seems like a good fit but I just want to see what everyone thinks would be the best club for me. But it doesn't have to have all of these things. Tottenham is probably the up and coming big club, having taken over the mantle eventually (and most of our players) from Leeds as the fourth or fifth team in the PL.
I would recommend them.
Thanks

Do you have £30m?
Have you always wanted to own a 'massive' club with a huge stadium and top class facilities?
Have you always dreamed about owning Eddie Lewis?
Have you always dreamed about having a loyal and loving fan base who you can shaft repeatedly and everytime they will just roll over and take it?
If so, Leeds United may be for you.
PS Looks like we'll be fellow shareholders, our local pub has bought a share. Apparently Leeds are the most voted for target, but its unlikely.

Tottenham. :) They play very exciting football and if you have FSC then you can watch almost all of their matches so it will be easy to follow along as best as you can.

Yeah, I think they have to get a few more registrants to reach 30m.
My guess is that 50,000 football fans would be better owners for the Leeds fans than some rich bastard who could really care less about anything other than his pocket book.
