Lets hope he adjusts to life in the EPL as quickly as possible.

I think Fulham fans not previously familiar with Dempsey will be impressed. He certainly is the American I have the most hope for, although at times I expected him to dominate in MLS, and I don't think 'dominate' applies, but he certainly played well and was nearing his max potential in the league.

Maybe the MLS all starts caused Fulham to do a bit of thinking. This is great. After years of wondering which Prem team to root for I finally chose Man city, but I dont know if I could ever root against Fulham now, especially if they acquire Gooch.

This is awesome.

I'm getting across the pond one more time this year, this clinches it.

I was at the Fulham/Everton game in November.... but I think I need to go one more time.

Will someone please post here when they have news about when he is first expected to play?

Versus Tottenham next saturday. He has to finish some paperwork in the states and is unavailable for the cup replay against Leicester City. He is expected to make his debut against Spurs on the 20th - although his fitness level will probably prevent him from starting.

He had to go back to the states to finish off the paperwork and pack some things.

He will not feature in the team this weekend but expect him to be presented to the Fulham crowd on Saturday vs. Tottenham.

You may have seen this before, but if not, here is a 3-minute clip of some of Clint's best goals, to get the Fulham faithful fully psyched about our new treasure:

I can't wait to watch the match vs. Spurs this Saturday.

Clint is GREAT!!!
See him EPL star in a few years...
and teh team is great too: they got the hottest players this winter (Duce, Montela...)
If they get Gooch too, they can get to the UEFA Cup with a bit of a luck.

GO FULHAM!!!

Clint comes form a poor family from Eastern Texas. He is one of the most prominent midfielders of the 2000s’. I wish him the best career in soccer, and, why not in hip-hop too (although it’s not my favorite music); and, MAY he fulfill his American dream in England!!!

I'm psyched. Montella and McBride up front with Dempsey serving them is nice.

Who do you all think will be first choice - Dempsey or Davies?
