Confirmed we have signed Quashie from WBA for 1.5 million.
Reports say that SWP hasn't got the bottle for a relegation fight.

What a CV: 'Quashie has been relegated from the Premiership with QPR, Nottingham Forest, Southampton and West Brom. "

Yes, but not with Portsmouth so he's not a total Albatross

An honest hard working player, gives us good options which we are lacking with Choker and Mullins.

It aint over til the fat lady sings
'However, it is far from clear whether Chelsea will agree to any loan deal - which at this stage looks the only option open to both Newcastle and Villa.'
I dont hear no fat lady:cool:

TBH I know nothing about him other than what has been said here and that he is a Scottish international. So he's got my vote already!!

As long as he battles well in midfield, wins possession well and disributes the ball quickly and accurately then I'll be happy. I don't expect anything more from him but even that is more than NRC is doing right now.

We'll see about SWP. I'll keep believeing until it's down in black and white.

Eggy said the Sky story is bollox. Chelsea haven't even accepted our bid and there was no talks with SWP yet.

Lunberg appears to be in talks with us according to a poster that works at the Sun.

Yes Quashie is a good honest hardworker even though he plays for Scotland. He actually played under 21's for England. Give him a go he'll give 100% everygame.

The Ljunberg thing is fact apparently sun are running it as an exclusive tomorrow. We are supposedly matching his 75k wage. Terry Brown where are you?

I hate Ljunberg unless he's on our team.

Lauren has been pulled out the Arsenal league cup squad because of interest from a EPL club. They say its us so maybe the sun have the wrong L.

What worries me more than signing a pointless midfielder, is people at West Brom saying "good riddance to a bad attitude". So we're signing somebody who isn't very good who will sulk when things don't go his way. Brilliant.

We Need Strikers Who Can Score... Or Wingers Who Can Cross The Ball, Not More Midfielders!
I Would Love To Have Freddie Ljungberg. But I Bet He Doesn't Come.

West Ham have approached Arsenal regarding a loan deal for Lauren.

It seems Eggy likes to talk to the Icelandic press. Anyway the Ljunberg thing is rubbish.

Very much a Fletcher type of player. Likes to get stuck in and has a good shot.

Montgomery from Sheffield and Smertin from Dynamo look on, according to Sky.

I don't know enough about Montgomery but would love Smertin.

Have heard that Upson could be signing this week.
