Ok, weeknights 6 to 10, and then 8 pm Sunday. Pretty good times. Combined with Inside Soccer on Fox 1190, I think I'm set. I'll have to make a point of calling this week.

I did hear part of the show Friday (I think it was) with Contagulia's VP and some others. The show was VERY good, talking about how soccer and MLS are developing. Even handed in the extreme, no sarcasm or cynicism at all. I was sad I drove out of range when I did.

But I put Unica on a preselect button last week, and have tuned in maybe daily. Today's morning show was hilarious, as they made up a song about the news this morning. I laughed out loud it was so funny. Not soccer, but still cool.

The sexologist is ok now and then, but it gets old when...uh...oh never mind.

Overall, I have to say this deal is already looking excellent. I disliked the morning show on the 1270 frequency, I thought it was stupid and the music sucked.

I must be the only one in Big Soccer that Hates this. With good reason none the less. If anyone wants to hear about MLS they can always tune in to La Radio que Habla with Ronan el Veloz Gonzalez which does pbp of Galaxy games. There is also Futbol de Primera with Andres Cantor which claims they have been covering U.S soccer for the longest, if im not mistakened they even present the Honda U.S player of the year award.

Now Radio Unica sells out to its Core audience (Mexicans like Me who dont like MLS) and i will have to put up with half an hour of phone ins from Concerned Guatemalans on Pescadito Ruiz or El Salvadorians wanting to know the lastest on CienFuegos retirement, bah this is truly pathetic. If Radio Unica is Tops its because of their extensive MFL coverage. Not cos Hammer Londonyos or Alvaro Rieds football anylisis.

Hey, you cant blame Radio Unica. They got a nice check. I think its stupidity on MLS' part though.

The audience wont buy it.... its like the Panamanian Football federation President making a deal with Radio Unica and from one day to another... Radio Unica is hyping the Panamanian league into somesort of wonder league. Not going to happen, The audience is not stupid. Ramos and Compnay will do a fine job, I doubt dont it,..but thier loyal audience will not buy it... and in the end... it will be more money that MLS could have used to buy over Joe SMith.
