Should we keep Tal Ben Hain for the last few months of his contract and let him go for free in the summer or should we flog him to Chelsea?

I say keep him unless they offer £4 million plus. He's vital to our defence, which is short as it is and we'd never manage to replace him in the January transfer window. His inclusion in the team could be the difference in millions at the end of the season, tens of millions if we finished 4th as opposed to 5th.

We dont need the money we need the player, if hes not going to resign and chelsea make it clear they want him now then were going to have to let him go as his price will drop as people start to see the possibility of him going on a free. If he doesnt sign i can think of a few chelsea players we would gladly except in return (ranging from Glen Johnson to SWP or Andre), as for a big money deal, i just dont think we can let the squad srink, and i doubt we can bring in the replacements.

We can't afford to lose him. If he doesn't want to resign we should let him play out his contract and leave for free. We need him in our backline for the rest of the season more than any pittance Chelsea give us.
