I play the second place team, we are both undefeated. I have two players out to injury, but have yet to concede a goal. I dropped to a more defensive 4-4-2 at home and hope my quality will win out.

Tied at 2 at half - I have possession at 54% which is surprising since my form sucks right now.

Tied 0-0 at the half, even with 72% of possession won. I've been pressing lately, and it seems to be working (4-0 and 5-1 wins in the last two league games). For some reason, I haven't been able to get a goal so far today, and have only had one chance.

2-0 at half. 58% possession. A little too close for comfort. One bad goal could change the game. But so far he hasn't had any chances. I guess mt defensive strategy is paying dividends.

Now 4-2 and I can honestly say sometimes this game baffles the hell out of me - my centerback now has a hattrick and not a single one was off a set piece. I think in my life I have seen one centerback score off something that wasn't really a set piece and that was an amazing run from Bobby Boswell.

Two more goals - including a fourth for my center back :eek: - and probably a good thing I bought a new inner mid since my one just went down with a nasty blow to the shin. With the massive difference in GD from this game I leap the guy to take first.

Won 2-0 to stay second in my league. No hope of getting first, the guy just scores too much (including beating me 5-1 in the first game). Also, first time all my guys got higher than one star in a game. We are on a roll.

Managed a 0-0 tie away against the 2nd place team. For some reason he decided to press even though he easily won midfield. 0 chances for him, 3 for me.:rolleyes: I'll take the point though:)

I was strolling through a fairly easy road victory when the HTRF reared it's ugly head and said, "I will not let you have it THAT easy on New Year's eve."

In the 88th minute, I lost a WB trainee to a +3. Then in the 90th minute, I lost one of my IM's to a +1. You are such a cruel B!tch HT.

2-4 victory on the road with a PIC while losing MF in both halves. PM trainers with nothing else besides MF can't hang with my balance. :D
