Anelka or Meite, who has been better?

I know the goals aspect of Anelka's game has been more obvious to take as a positive, but I am curious as to which summer signing has been more instrumental in the team's performance so far this year. I can't say Anelka right away because Meite did seem to settle quicker and defence ensures that Nico's goals hold up.

I think our recent form has seen Anelka as the better performer but at the beginning of the season we got by on our defensive record.
