The 2007 Midnight Riders (http://www.midnightriders.com) applications are now available. Benefit info is available on the site ... remember, you don't have to sit in the Fort to be a Rider ... just be a dedicated fan who'd like to help support his/her team in anyway possible!

im about to renew my mebership (2nd year running whoo!), but i was wondering if there was ever an email or regular mailing reminding us to renew? maybe im a little early on this and there is one in the works.
it had kind of slipped my mind recently, but i never received any kind of mailing to remind me.
just curious how this works. thanks.

We had the end of season general meeting that started up the membership drive, but haven't really sent out a meeting notice yet for 2007's general meeting. We're hoping to have an Exec Board meeting tomorrow, and will try and set up a date for the general meeting.
The applications are currently already available at the website for 2007 though.
So basically ... we just haven't gotten to that time period yet. :)

No problem. We hope to have info out soon (before I leave for Germany would be great, but not sure if that'll be possible).

I sent in my application/check for Riders membership a little over a week ago. How long does it usually take to hear back?

As stated on our website:
"Please note, membership materials (parking passes, ID cards) will not be sent out until prior to the start of the 2007 MLS season."
There are a few little details to be worked out between the Revs and the Riders before we can produce our membership materials for this year.

Fair enough. Are we letting people who send in their apps through mail know we've received their app and payment? Just curious.

I believe Amy is taking care of that as she receives them.

FWIW, I never recieved any notification of receipt of my membership. I know it was proccessed however as my check was cashed about a month later.
Not a big deal to me, but maybe someone should focus on sending notifications out?

Bill (et al) sorry about that. A miscommunication on our end.
Everyone who's mailed in apps to this point (and in the near future) will get an email notifying them of receipt of their application.
