I met Gordon this weekend at the Dallas Cup. He seemed like a great guy and he had some great stories. He said that he managed QPR for a few years. What do you guys think of him?

Yeah, he runs Dallas Cup or something, doesen't he? His time at QPR was before my time supporting the club. I don't really have an opinion. He was manager in 74-75, the year QPR almost won the old D1, losing to Liverpool at liteterally the last gasp.

Gordon has done great things out here in Dallas. Not only leading the Dallas Sidekicks to fame indoors, but he became the commish of the league when Tatu took over coaching responsiblities. Now he has moved on to Dallas Cup to help bring it back to top recognized tournament. He is a good guy and an icon for those who follow soccer in this area.
