Stating that his position on the right was structured is extremely flawed, and would have little to nothing to do with the fact that he couldnt play Lampard's position at Chelsea.

I know you have some insane idea that what you post is fact and if someone disagrees they must be wrong, maybe you could do yourself a favor and get over it and the fact that Liverpool and your supporters are shit.

I'd take Gerrard any day. Performs for club and country which can't be said for Fat Lampard and doesn't need a deflection to score most of his goals :p.

Anyways once Fabregas starts maturing he'll eclipse both to become the best midfielder in the world but then again I would say that since I support Arsenal :D.

Only to an idiot. Describing a situation where a player is asked to adhere to one particular position and perform a limited set of tasks as "structured" is entirely sensible to the rest of us. But then you've got to find something to come back at me on, no matter how daft. Don't know why, but you clearly do.

he couldnt play Lampard's position at Chelsea.
No, because he plays for Liverpool. That's the only reason he couldn't. He does it regularly for his actual side, it's just your provenly idiotic opinion that he couldn't do it for any other side. Although he would have trouble matching Frank's jammy deflection count - Gerrard tends to aim for and intend to hit the actual goal when taking a shot, rather than just pointing himself at an entire stand and hoping for the best.

I know you have some insane idea that what you post is fact and if someone disagrees they must be wrong
Arf ... how cute. I find that only people who don't have it in them to prove me wrong accuse me of such a conceit. Sorry, but the fact that you are wrong has nothing to do with the fact that you are disagreeing with me, although more often than not such things do go hand in hand. No - the fact that you are wrong is entirely related to the fact that you are not right. That, in short, you are talking out of your puckered little derriere.

maybe you could do yourself a favor and get over it and the fact that Liverpool and your supporters are shit.
He he he ... I've said it before - don't cry. Hot, salty tears of helpless frustration are no substitute for deciding ahead of time that, actually, you don't have the first idea about this topic and maybe you should skip it. It's too late for foot-stamping now, you just end up looking like a big girl.

I mean, come on. If you're reduced to hoping that a Liverpool supporter would be in any way concerned by being called "shit" by a Yank Chelsea "fan", then you have effectively admitted defeat, taken your ball and run home as fast as your piggy little legs can carry you.

Amusing for me though! :D

Hehe. Great post Matt.

You've just given 11best the verbal equivalant of being tarred, feathered and ass kicked down a public high street.

How amusing is looking up at our club for 3+ seasons been?

I guess thats where your frustrations with Chelsea come from, too bad Gerrard cannot inspire your club to do better things in its own domestic league, maybe next decade....

Maybe he should do it more often, say some prayers and then maybe hope to match Frank's production, which he just cannot do.

It's been anything but amusing. You have to appreciate that these things don't come as naturally to a Liverpool supporter than they might do to, say, a Chelsea fan.

But we all have our crosses to bear. At least ours is solid silver.

Hmmm. I'm not sure even that would make Gerrard (or anyone, for that matter) match Fat Fwank's production of fluky deflected shots. There aren't enough opposition coloured backsides, elbows and heels in the universe for any normal footballer to achieve such a feat.

No, Stevie G will just have to stick to being actually accurate.

Gerrard isnt actually that good. All he does is take powerful shots which he scores from every now and again. Like to see Gerrard score a goal like Lampards against Barcalona this season.

Notice how lots of clubs always want Lampard, even though he will never leave Chelsea.

Never here of anyone wanting Gerrard.

Lampard has a much better all round game. He is the driving force of the Chelsea team, without him they would not be the same.

Gerrard cant even hold his propper position when the whole Liverpool team is fit.

Lampard gets 2nd in the UEFA player of the year (or whatever is was).

Gerrard is terrible for England. Just gives away goals like in Euro2004 against France.

Lampard has more goals and assists this season.

Lampard > Gerrard.

They are both great players but I would rather have Gerrard in my team. I think he is better overall.

He cant match him in goals or assists, not much flukey or lucky about it. I guess Gerrard's inspiration cannot match Frank's luck in most departments.

Lampard > Gerrard.

That's utterly hilarious. I thought our other little chum was officially flying the flag for Idiot World, but it seems there's room for more than one standard bearer on that little Parade of Dumb.

But seriously - there's not a single word that makes sense on any level in that post. It's beyond dim, through stupid, goes past so-sad-its-funny like it wasn't even there and barely touches the sides of cretinous. You've invented perpetual motion for stupid. Frictionless travel for thick.

Some doing. Really. Welcome to the thread.

Gerrard. Lampard can't score unless there's something in front of him to deflect the shot.

The argument about who's better has been over for weeks on this thread. Now it's just all about having fun with the Chelsea fans, who are of course by and large the only ones pushing for Fat Fwank (understandably, to be fair, that's what club bias is all about).

What does that mean exactly? It's a completely meaningless expression.

But one captained his side to victory.

You could say that about any captain on any winning side, even if he scored 3 own goals, missed 10 sitters and stabbed a fan.
