Bob Bradley is scheduled to be one of the guests on the Glenn Davis radio show in Houston on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 8:00 pm CT.

The show streams live online at the station's site:

www.790thesportsanimal.com

You can send Glenn a question for Bradley at:

gdavis98@swbell.net

There's also a call-in number, although I don't think Bradley is taking calls:

713-212-5790

The Houston Chronicle usually has a podcast of the show up within a day or so of the broadcast here:

Soccer Podcast (http://blogs.chron.com/soccer/archives/soccer_hour_on_espn/index.html)

If plans change, Glenn should have something up at his site (http://www.thesoccerhour.com/?p=148).

Is it just me, or does leaving off the leading scorer of a team off your national team squad the day you do an interview in that city qualify as poor planning?

Poor Planning and the USMNT are not mutually exclusive.

Yeah, I know, it just amused me that he was doing an interview in Houston and Ching was the most suprising ommision.

Ching apparently excused himself to rest his troublesome knee

Davis, a left footed midfielder, was omitted, while Clark, Beckerman, Mastro, Carroll, Gross and Namoff were invited.

I am miffed about that.

From soccernet article by Seth Davis

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/columns/story?id=396785&root=us&cc=5901

Brian Ching's exclusion may have caught some fans unaware. Ching opted out of the camp, choosing instead to rest a knee that continued to trouble him down the stretch of MLS play. Safe to say that Ching would have been included otherwise. If he didn't play himself into contention with goal-scoring bursts from the 2006 regular season, he certainly did with his late-game response in the MLS Cup final.

My God, he is a monotone boring interview. I miss Bruce Arena already. I'm going to bed.

(And I actually like Bob)

Glenn keeps saying that Brad Davis got the call-up along with Mullan, Robinson and Clark. What gives? Davis is not listed on the official roster released by US Soccer nor anywhere else I can find.

Is Glenn wigging out or does he know something we don't know?

From the incredibly long roster thread on this board, it appears that Davis was invited and his wedding conflicted so he had to opt out.

any explanation for the dunivant absence....??

it'd be intersting to see the list of INVITES, not just the list of acceptances...

i do hope this group gets to play against denmark AND mexico...

i suspect they'll do well with the danes...mexico is the big test, and the guys performing well there will be interesting

Still the show from a couple of weeks ago unless I'm just not looking at the right place.

The show that is up he had DC United coach Peter Nowak as a guest, to talk about the future at DC United. Talk about a sudden novelty item.

The Houston Chronicle is still working on getting the podcast up at their site, but the radio station has the audio from the show up now:

KBME Podcast Page (http://www.790kbme.com/cc-common/podcast.html)

You need to scroll down to the "Glenn Davis Podcasts" section along the right side. The Bradley interview is about half way into the show.
