You guys know that I'm not happy with having Moreno, Mathis and Guevara all in the same team, as I feel very strongly that we don't have a pure stricker up top.
Could Moreno for Wolf ever happen? Would you guys go for it?

Hate to say it but substitute Graziani for Moreno and we'd be on our way to a title.

I don't think CNN would be willing to part with its lead anchor for Moreno... maybe we could get Aaron Brown or Anderson Cooper.

Wolff's a fine young American with speed, makes great runs off the ball and has had a couple of big moments for the USNMT (in Columbus against Mexico, at Honduras, WC Quarters with his dish to Reyna). That said...
--Wolff has (to my memory) never played a full season in MLS from his rookie year on, he has had injury problems every season, many of them significant.
--he has NEVER led his team in scoring. I think his career best in MLS is 10 goals.
You have a much better chance of Mathis or Moreno spending the year among the league goal scoring leaders--b/c both of those 2 guys have done it before. Wolff never has. And Mathis and Moreno (despite recently have had issues with injury and fitness) at least have had years where they've stayed healthy. Wolff never has.
Last thought: there was a pretty strong rumor last year that Chicago was ready to deal Wolff and that your GM (after initially agreeing to the deal), put the kibosh on it. Doesn't sound to me like Bradley would be eager to acquire Wolff and/or that Wolff is eager to rejoin Bradley.

Except for Metrosuccess and JoeW you should all be ashamed of yourselves. If you don't agree with something make a valid post, but don't act like little children... wait maybe you guys are.
The point I was trying to make is that we don't have a real stricker and suggested Wolf as one.
It amazes me how little soccer some people at BigSoccer actually know, and more importantly what little manners.
It doesn't matter if you have 7,000 posts here, is they are all of this quality.
And nymetrostars2002, you smart savvy soccer fan, how you even seen Trezeget play in person? Maybe seen a couple of his games in TV, no? Know his name and thus it makes you an expert on him. Funny post, 250 IQ, no?
7 times. That's how many Monaco and Juve live games I've seen with him in the game.
Pathetic answers guys. Just pathetic.

Moderators it is your job to try and avoid this kind of pathetic acts. I would appreciate you contact some of these morons and ask them to stop. It's not the first time I've seen it happen.

You can't have 2 players on the same team with the same nickname (el lobo - guevera and wolff).

Or Sheppard Smith of FOX since he's used to playing "right" wing.
Seriously, who thought that the Metros would part with Diego Serna as early as they did last year? Anything can happen.

I think it would be a great trade for the Metro. Mathis said during the last WC that he and Wolfe were up top in his dream IX. These guys would love to play together and they have proved they work well together and could be the best scoring tandem since Moreno/Diaz Arce. But I think Wolfe and Bradley didn't see eye to eye in Chitown so I doubt it will happen.
I say the old Mathis will surface in st least a month when he's healed and regains his fitness and also gets used to his new attacking partners Moreno and Guevara. Then I think he be a goal machine like he was 2 or 3 years ago.
