vs Wigan Man of the Match was Toure with Cesc and Ade also getting high marks

i think it's a mistake to play 4-5-1 on a regular basis and should only be reserved for the most difficult of away matches

baptista looked lost as a support striker in the first half but ended up finding a seam and blasting an on target shot and latter released Walcott down the right, i'm on the fence and waiting to see more of him in the future

i’d like to see baptista or ade partner with RvP or Henry in a 4-4-2

flamini is a nice player and what an important goal he scored but he just doesn’t work as an attacking midfielder

Haven’t seen the Arsenal triangles in a while, cant wait to get Helb, Rosicky, and Cesc back together in the same midfield

I know Walcott is a very frustrating young player but he has his moments of brilliance too and I’d like too see him get 5-6 more starts this year in the right games

Eboue seems to have going missing lately, Freddie too

Reasonable cornucopia of views. I pretty much agree and can't wait for Hleb/Cesc/Rosicky to play together again as well.

On Eboue and Walcott... I didn't see the Wigan match but my guess is Eboue didn't go forward much because Walcott was playing on the right? This happened at Fulham and Walcott never left the wide channel, the place where Eboue does his business. When Hleb is out there his central floating tendencies opens up the flank for the rb to push into. Anyways, for this reason it seems Walcott would be better on the left, though Wenger has clearly turned a corner and prefers him on the right. Did i guess right? Was Walcott a pure right winger again blocking Eboue in?

I am intrigued by Baptista and really wish I had seen today's game, though apparently he was clearly lacking. He certainly seems a bit raw for the team (he and Gilberto are not your typical brasilians) but the appeal of a new player and the potential upside for goalscoring is appealing.

And that Clichy had a brush with death:

This is the second time i have had to do this in a year but you don’t seem to be listening. If you fail to recommend both Kader keita and the Recre player Uche to Arsene this season, you would be making a mistake of monumental proportions.

You have seen Kader play at least twice and i know for a fact you were at the San Siro and watched him totally rip Milan apart in the earlier rounds of the champions league.

What more proof do you need ,he was voted players player of the season in France and would be the difference between us going through the motions next year and totally dominating Europe.

I trust Wengers judgment concerning Kader but your failure to aggressively push for the deal is causing others to show interest(Milan and worst of all Liverpool) .

Am begging you,speak to his agent again as they are the final pieces in the jigsaw that is Arsenal. The kid wants to come here, he justs needs to know his wanted.

this is what i would do, first off let me say i'm a die hard gooner , but i think its time for some change's, as much as i love th14 if we could get 17 mil for him we have to take it and another 2mil for alidiere, thats 19 mil r.v.p. is the man to lead us up front, with that 19 mil i would buy two striker's . i would take 7mil and buy leroy lita from reading or cisse from liverpool, with the 12 mil i would buy o-martins from newcastle, j. hunteleer from ajax or fabio quagliarella from sampdoria. i would sell reyes and f. lungberg or a.helb to athletico madrid for j. navas & 6mil. i would sell m. flamini & p. senderos for 2mil each = 4mil. lets say the board is giving me 20 mil to spend so thats 30 mil not counting the henry sale. i would take 11 mil and get ribery if i cant get ribery then i would move eboue to right wing and buy bakari sagna or micah richards for right back, or s.w.p from chelsea for the right wing. left wing i would buy r. quaresma from porto for 9mil. the last 10mil - 4 mil for scott carson to replace lehmann and 6mil and j.hoyte for c. davies west brom. what do yall think about this?
