That is, with what kind of attitude?

I'm always over serious, but I'm not sure if that's very weird. The Drogba-Lehmann incident is beyond funny upon re-watching it, but live I was only pissed about it all. I ended slapping the wall in anger at Drogba.

Hmm

Im terrible, I have to watch it alone I take it very seriously. If I think the rest of the family are watching it inside the other room I get terribly angry especially if its going bad..."what interest have they in it anyway"..."they are probably bad luck"...etc :s

With passion for the team whatever is happening on the pitch, and to support The Arsenal whatever happens through the full 90 mins and to sing and shout as much as I can and to get behind the team.

Also to slag off the pathetic "fans" who have taken to booing certain members of our team whilst they are playing which is a complete disgrace.

A mirror usually.;)

I am always serious about the match and nervous as hell half the time. Nearly had a heart attack on Sunday. It is all from passion though. Sick in the gut when things don't go our way and over the moon on days like the match against the scum.

I am serious now... so much so, that the wife can't be in the same room....
I think thats because every match is a big ???? and I don't know what to expect from us...

But I can recall the days of the unbeaten season... which was a JOY. I was so sure we would win that I'd be very relaxed about it... arrogant. We ALWAYS SCORED... I just couldn't see a way we would lose. We were blowing teams off the pitch in the first 20 minutes of a match, and coasting the rest.

That was a joy to witness.
Its tough now. I prefer being at home to watch, because at a pub, I can't outwardly express my frustrations at full strength!

Oh my word....the whole world of Gooners have turned into
GARY!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGH!

LOL.

I'm serious most of the time, the big matches even more so, get me more stressed before and after the match. I think losing to the Mancs at home a few years ago
4-2 was the most I was stunned into silence and just disgusted.

I sometimes get to sit in the lounge and watch a match, otherwise in the evening I watch it in the kitchen...on a silly little stool, leaning on the counter with my face about 50cm from the screen!

Basically my day builds up to the match and I get really nervous about the match. My stomach gets in knots and I can only dring water while watching - no pleasure while the boys are playing!!!

If anyone talks to me too much I usually get annoyed, but sometimes my mom watches the match with me and says 'Whats wrong with Henry - he's lost it, he's not trying!'

At the beginning of the season I thought 'let me just try and enjoy matches' and then we lost to teams like Fulham!

Yesterday I went to my aunt and uncle's B-Day party and I got the good end of the wishbone...I wished we would beat Chelsea! I'm forever searching for my own sugarmouse!

To the innocent bystander I'm sure I look like Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man--hunched over, sitting close to the tele, rocking back and forth while compulsively talking to the players. I'm truely jealous of those of you that get to go to matches regularly--it's much easier for me to relax when I'm actually at the event.

Watched the second half of the game from the treadmill.....needless to say, not recommended.

Snap!

Exactly, it does help. I used to think our players were like machines, but then I went to watch the boys play at Highbury and realised that they are human and aren't perfect and it is in actual fact a fooball game.:o

Sitting on my beloved Arse. :D

Seriously, I'm manic. Idon't want to be talked to or distracted in any way. I have a little referee doll that has the legs, arms and head held on by velcro so I can rend him asunder at the appropriate times-and he rarely survives a game. I chew my fingernails constantly. If we win, I'm jubilant-if we lose, it's best to not be around me for a few minutes.

Like most people here- quite seriously.

I've been better about not shouting at big moments in the game whilst watching games at home (neighbors, you see). But when Flamini hit the back of the net Sunday, my wife could tell from the elation on my face, it was not the time for good manners.

I will die watching Arsenal ( I Hope). Get too tense. Was holding my 6 month old twin when Flamini scored on Sunday. Nearly crushed the poor fella. Hope he doesn't start to associate Arsenal on TV with immediate danger.

How do you watch your beloved Arsenal?

Loudly...even at home. I'm sure everybody on my block knows when the ref misses a call against us and I worry about doing serious damage to my vocal cords when we score. Otherwise I'm generally a glass half empty type so even when we're winning I'm focused on mistakes in our offside trap, missed chances to score, the number of times a particular player has lost the ball, etc.

Drunk. Really drunk.

I haven't watched a game sober in fo-ever. Which means the quality of my analysis has gone down the shitter as well. :(

OK good things to hear.

I was a little worried yesterday during the game when all my neutral, not really football initiated friends were watching (well, one fake Chelsea fan) and just going bonkers over the hilarity of the Drogba-Lehmann thing while I was just furious about it.

In between checking my phone for messages and texting back, with passion for the team whatever is happening on the pitch, and to support The Arsenal whatever happens through the full 90 mins and to sing and shout as much as I can and to get behind the team.

FYP :p

Personally, I don't want to talk to anyone while the match is on. People giving me a running commentary, or trying to tell me what Wenger's done wrong, why Henry's a crap captain etc etc while the ball's in play drives me fcvking mental. I sing and swear and mutter to myself - definitely got mad bag lady potential. :o
