He's been with the team as a player and an assistant since 2002 (excepting brief stint back with Arsenal in '04), so he certainly should have a sense of what he wants to do with the squad.

Good luck to him, even though he is going to a club that I'm "supposed" to absolutely hate as a Fire fan.
