List him for ZERO and let the market decide.

He's 17 and a Week 2 Solid with the appropriate specialty. You shouldnt have any problems getting a good sell price.

He might even get U-20 consideration if trained properly, especially in light of the fact last weeks Solid/Solid (Scoring/Passing) got picked up by a Foreign team who overpaid and is thought to just want to destroy him
