I used to live in Houston, I still think it's the greatest city ever. I love everything about it (except for one obvious orange thing ;))
Other than that I'd have to say NYC and Boston, both are amazing cities, though NYC is a ****ing dreamland, whilst Boston is just a fun visit. Probably gonna go to school in Boston and want to make the trip down for New Years, but those are my 3. New Orleans was also nice before Katrina.
EDIT: San Juan's also a party in a bottle, I'm definately goin' back there when I can drink

If money and citizenship were no object, and I had my choice of any city I've been to to live in, it's gotta be Vienna, Austria.
I'd really like to go back to Osaka. Austin's pretty rad. I can't friggin' wait for the Toronto road trip. Shanghai's probably the most glamourous place I've been to, such that I felt not just underdressed but downright in drag while there. Had some great times in Berlin and Budapest, and I'd never decline another chance to go to Prague, Salzburg, or Kyoto.
I'm not counting cities I've lived in, the favorite of which is the one in which I currently reside.

Nice, France: I was there at the start of July and the beautiful weather didn't hurt. Beautiful and safe city. Decent nightlife. I put it above Cannes which if where we were anchored because Cannes seemed cramped and had too many well-known international stores and restaurants. Both were a good time, though.
Halifax, Nova Scotia: Absolutely gorgeous views, cheap prices (it was 1998), and friendly people. Oh yeah, codine's available in Canada.

New York
Ann Arbor
Paris
Cologne
Cork, Ireland

You liked Warsaw? Really...I found it ok. It was amazing because they rebuilt the old city which I thought was really impressive.

Belfast - I just love their marching season.
From what I hear, it used to be one of the nicer cities in Ulster.;)

I'm not very well-traveled, unfortunately. The Columbus trip broke my own record for "furthest I've ever been from the East Coast", if that gives you any kind of a clue as to my history. Anyway:
St. Petersburg, Russia (and I would go back in a second)
Fort Myers, Florida
And that's really it. I've been to a few other places here in the States but none of them impressed me so much that I would give enough of a damn to go back without a reason.

Key West: They definently have their own thing going down there. 24 hour bars are cool when you pass out at 9:00 and wake up at 4:00.

Québec (especially the old city, absolutely beautiful - in the summer :D )
St. Malo, France
Niagara Falls (particularly the Canadian side)
Minneapolis/St. Paul (again, in the summer)
New York City (sure, it's a pit in most areas, but every time I go back to Manhattan, I feel compelled to just stop and look around)
Paris
Georgetown, Grand Cayman (hey, revsrock, let me guess... Royal Caribbean? ;))
And I feel I ought to include Newport and Providence, because even though it's not much of a trek, I still love those two cities (well, most of them, anyway...)
