OK, so it's not quite a Kramer-level breakdown or anything. In fact dear Jessica is probably very fortuitious that it happened right now. Still, what's worse, breaking down onstage, or choosing to sing 9 to 5 in the first place?

Simpson was on stage to sing Nine to Five as part of the tribute to Dolly Parton, one of the evening's five honorees. Simpson ended her performance abrupty with the words "so nervous" and quickly exited the stage. The stunned audience remained silent, giving her no applause.

To be fair, she actually doesn't have a bad voice compared to others that arrived at the same time, and she has a better pop sense than Britney ever thought of having. I'm not sayin' Aretha Franklin or anything, but talentless is a little strong. It's mainly that she's such an overexposed dip that's the problem.

I agree about Aguilera. She has a very good voice. Simpson to me has a decent voice. Spears can't sing. Nor could Avril Lavigne. Nor the other Simpson, but that's obvious.
