Men’s U15 National Team To Play USA

The Canadian Men’s U15 National Team (players born on or after January 1, 1991) will compete in their first ever international friendly on Saturday, December 2nd against the United States U15 National Team as a part of a week-long camp at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Head Coach, Sean Fleming, will assemble his team for the first time since a March training camp in Surrey, BC and will have his first opportunity to see the young Canadians against international competition.

“It is a great opportunity for these athletes to showcase their talents against some of the best in North America. It will be two very challenging games,” explained Fleming.

The team will depart this Saturday, November 25th and will challenge the IMG Academy U15s in a tune up match on Wednesday, November 29th before taking on the United States U15s on December 2nd.

Street is usually playing with the U-17 team (which is a 1990 team) despite being born in 1991. I guess calling him for just one game was worth it but he's status is still up in the air since he played for England U16 against Wales 2 weeks ago.

I guess since Abde Sylla was called over from France i figured why not Street as well, right? So maybe they don't want to bug him, or he's re-thinking playing for Canada?

I'm not sure but I thought Sylla was joining his club after Christmas, but I might be wrong.

Anyways, it would be nice if Street plays for us since he's already played in a U17WCQ.

I have no idea when Sylla joins Metz, just that he trialed successfully
