Phil and Tony recap the midweek international action, and review Les Reed's qualifications to be Charlton manager. He's got lots of experience working with internationals, which clearly makes him OVER-qualified for Charlton. AND he's written a book, with words and everything.

Sorry the sound quality isn't the greatest. My recorder didn't work - ANOTHER reason why you guys should check out the 'donate' button on the site because a new laptop would go a long way! :o

Did anyone hear Sonko and Hunt received death threats over the goalkeeper thing, how mad is that? Good podcast saved me watching it. Sadly you didn't make my review of the reviewers, better luck next time.

I really didn't appreciate the poke at Canada, just because we got beat by one of the few teams actually ranked lower than us is no reason to ridicule. We had several players pull out because of "injuries", including two players from the MLS Champion Houston Dynamos.

Cheers

I was trying to be sarcastic there but it came off like I was mind. My bad.

Love the podcast.

LOL...Sorry OR, I did think you were being serious.

A mate who podcasts with a far less "PG" show than ours cautioned that people will get annoyed about the silliest things. They'll enjoy us ripping it out, say, Villa for four months straight, but one snicker about a Canada result and they'll be hitting the unsubscribe button.

Glad we didn't lose a listener....even if Canadaians only count as half.
